BlueBraviary Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 Why is Chrome putting up a warning saying there was malicious software hosted here in the last 90 days? All the stuff I've downloaded has been good.
theSLAYER Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Why is Chrome putting up a warning saying there was malicious software hosted here in the last 90 days? All the stuff I've downloaded has been good. I've been experiencing the same popup screen on Firefox and Chrome. Weird indeed.
theSLAYER Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Did it link to any specific files? The moment I tried to enter our forum it pops that up, and didn't specify any files. I probably could screenshot it later when I'm home.
evandixon Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Looks like @Alpha will have to use Google Analytics to find the problem urls.
theSLAYER Posted August 14, 2015 Posted August 14, 2015 Based on the above images, I went to http://pokemonflame.forumcommunity.net/ to see if any posts specifically mentioning our programs causing infections. For starters, as much as I can't read whatever they are posting (italian), I see that they direct linked our Pokesav for Plat (http://pokemonflame.forumcommunity.net/?t=28073615 -> http://projectpokemon.org/mirrors/main/pokesavplat_en.zip) and HGSS Pokesav (http://pokemonflame.forumcommunity.net/?t=36432275 -> http://projectpokemon.org/editing/files/Pokesav_HGSS-ENG-Ver.0.03a_PP.org.zip) Those are two files, so maybe those are two good places to start.
Alpha Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Well, this is kind of unfair. I had noticed this two days ago and I had requested a re-review immediately. We actually were only linking to an "unsafe image" if there even was such a thing. Google said that they would resolve this within 24 hours but here we are two days later. Sorry that I was not immediately able to follow up with you guys, I had some long days at work.

Hahah.
JustSander Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 That's so weird! I doesn't seem to have the problem at all, even not at FireFox!
Alpha Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 It did take a few days, but the issue was resolved eventually.
