Modified CyberGadget 3DS Save Editor for use with PKHeX (Updated 10/25/2015).

I just bought a Cyber Save Editor 2 and I don't know what I did wrong...

It doesn't come with a disc. You need to download the setup online. I did and I opened the "3DSSaveEditor.exe" with the cartridge reader inserted. But I keeps getting an error window saying "Cartridge reader not detected. Please connect it via a USB port and start the program." (or a Japanese message with presumably the same meaning when I'm not using the modified English version)

The result is the same, whether I insert Pokemon Y or Alpha Sapphire. I think I need to run something for the computer to recognize the Cartridge reader, except I don't know what it might be. Help...

I've had problems with either PKHeX or Cyber corrupting my save files recently when I restore it whether I edit them or not

As of their latest update of supported games (Nov. 20th), they don't support ORAS yet. GIVE THEM TIME, and just play the game. Why did you buy it in the first place, seriously?

ORAS is not yet supported. Original post now indicates that, please stop asking. It will happen when it happens. The edits you see around the web were by using other hacked 3DS software available for low-firmware devices.

Can i do this:

Take my ORAS born pokemon and transfer it in pokebank. Extract that pokemon from pokebank and put it in pokemon XY. Edit that pokemon using cybersave on XY and pkhex. Place the edited pokemon back in pokebank via pokemon XY. Extract that edited pokemon from ORAS and use it through out the game/trade it?

And.

Can i gen an ORAS born pokemon in pkhex.. Place it in XY.. Transfer it in the bank.. Extract that genned pokemon from bank using oras and use it/trade it?

No need to post the same thing in separate threads that are so closely linked, especially since this one is for support with Cyber Editor being modified, not it's actual interaction with PKHeX. Try to keep questions to their related thread (or make your own thread).

What if Save Editor keep displaying 'Error while downloading the decrypted save'

Then make sure you have a good internet connection, since it's probably being interrupted and timing out. (ie: stop other stuff from clogging you connection, and try resetting the modem/router)

If that doesn't help, reinstalling the program may, for some reason, fix it. (No reason in particular, but it's been known to work for programs of all types.)

No, it's not. Whatever problems you are having are your end. (Server down is almost NEVER the problem. Yes, it sometimes is, but not enough that people should think it the case before checking their own system.)

I think the modified program needs an update. When I click on it I get the message saying something about needing an update. If I click on the regular one everything loads fine. Did Cyber Gadget update their stuff?

Yes. Same way, but with a few additions for ORAS. (It's really not surprising it happened though)

From what I can do, I can read the ORAS file, but when I edit with PKhex, I am unable to save as a file that the Cybgergadget will put back on my cart. Ive tried several ways.

How are you guys getting it to be able to read the game? I updated to saveeditor 2 and replaced the old exe with the new one in first page but it still says cannot recognize game on server
