I legitimately trained it to 97 and went t a tourney at gamestop one day. He wasn't allowed, I made a new team and went in second place. But the point is, I want a cute Pokemon that can join me in a tournament once and a while. That's why I was on debate about Manaphy and Mew. But Manaphy is so darn cute!!
