Techno Blast, Ribbon, end date, and Nature have been confirmed by the Official Pokemon Site. The Nature bit could be a screw up with information on their part with the screenshot they listed with the listing for it. We'll have to see what happens later on.

Impossible, unless it's distributed in the future.

Can still be used in game and in local multiplayer battles though.
