Can't we complete the Pokemon Platinum Pokedex?

Guys, I can't to complete the pokedex using the Pokemon Platinum Pokesav. Is everyone having the same problem as i do?

More than likely will not be, as far as we can tell COM stopped updating pokesav. Use DSPokeEdit or just wait for Pokemod(no clue when it'll be ready)

If there's a lot of demand, I could try to work on an editor program for the Pokédex (after I finish some more work on my own project).

If anyone is interested in helping me figure out Platinum's Pokédex data structure, feel free to start a thread in the Save Research & Development forum.

DSPokeEdit can edit the pokedex.

There is also an AR code if you can't edit your save.

DSPokeEdit just takes a little more work than you would think.

Also it sets some flags incorrectly. I noticed that for some Pokémon I marked as being seen or captured, the Japanese language flag was marked, even if I didn't mark it myself. So I had a null 'Dex entry in Japanese if I never actually caught the Pokémon before.

I don't really trust either of those programs for directly editing save files anymore.

... you know, maybe this forum should have a sticky about Pokedex editing. Would cut down on threads like these.
