Hi, new fix release 1.5.2 focused on pokemon convert system. Converting a pokemon from a game to another one is now fully reworked, fixing most of current issues (errors, legality issues) and massivelly improving consistency and reliability. PKHeX is expected to be used for remaining legality issues if any. Some other fixes are visible in file changelog. including yours @gBina. About the suggestion for homebrew switch app, this is possible but may take some time to do.

Open the program by clicking on the exe. It should not be thinking you're running it from system32.

im using pk3ds to randomize alpha saphire, i extracted the cxi and opened the folder and decompressed the file, but this error popped up

lowkey.... turns out it was me being a little dense, not realising zorua was on a different page! oops! but how do shinies work? because ive seen 2 shiny gallades and 1 masquerain- are they forced to join or is it still random? also what are the rates bc i was starting to wonder if its glitched since ive not actually seen the regular form of either yet xD

Key items do not unlock the feature, you have to toggle event flags.

Yes, of course. It should in fact happen in real time - watch for your max HP to increase / decrease as you adjust the IVs for the Pokémon. Bear in mind, the stat formula means small adjustments will be more noticeable at higher levels. I suggest you do a bit of reading / watching videos to learn how stats work before you mess around:

Hi, Started to use the app recently, but it can't open my Pokemon Let's Go save. It opens normaly on PKHex but can't find it in PKVault. Am i doing something wrong? Also, would be great if you could make a homebrew app for Switch, so you could easy trade between switch games (and retroarch, for past generations) without transfering the saves to a PC.

Try again with a save file that originated from your Nintendo Switch. PKHeX does not support ROM hacks, and it does not support emulator misbehavior save files.

My question may be a bit dumb regarding IV editing: If IVs are increased in this tool, will they retroactively apply and increase stat values? For example, if the IV for HP is increased, will this then reflect in a higher HP value for an existing Pokemon? Sorry for my ignorance, I am new to save file editing in general.

If you've trimmed it to exactly 131,072 bytes (0x20000) and that file isn't recognized, then it is probably because PKHeX does not support the ROM Hack the save file originated from.
