Hi guys, sorry for the trouble. I'm new in this forum, but I entered for a reason. I mostly collect event pokemons, but, as you can imagine, I can´t get access to some hard to get japanese event mons. I imagine that any of you can hack some mons into the switch, like from gen 8. If possible, could I kindly ask you to put some event mons into the switch and trade with me? Hello again! Ok so I've been working on a Pokemon SoulSilver Romhack and I've now reached the scripting stage. In a small amount of time I figured out how to change the game corner prizes and gift pokémon through SDSME. Feeling motivated with my progress I tried moving onto more complex things. I wanted to make the spiky eared pichu event avaliable without the need of action replay. However then I realised that you need a mystery gift shiny pichu to trigger the aforementioned event. Apparently the game will trigger the event if the shiny pichu in your party has the description 'met through a fateful encounter'. With my very limited knowledge I went through every script function for Ilex Forest trying to figure out what I had to do to trigger the spiky eared pichu event using a normal shiny pichu. However with my limited knowledge I don't really know what I'm supposed to change and the number of functions in the Ilex Forest map are overwhelming. I'm guessing there is a 'checkflag' line somewhere that if I remove should produce the desired effect. If I figured out how to do this then I could also trigger other events that normally require event pokémon such as the giovanni and sinjoh ruins events. If anyone knows how to help then please reply, it would be a big help! TLDR: does anyone know which flag checks for the fateful encounter description on a Pokémon? Or does anyone just have a list of flags that the game uses? -
Dear ProjectPokemon, is there any way to search for a specific event Pokemon by entering their original trainer information so PKHeX will find a match? This would make it significantly easier and quicker to find original event distributed Pokemon from Japan. Thanks for your support. -

So when the fires struck in Northern California I lost my 3ds and with it my entire childhood, I played Pokemon since I could understand how to hold the system and for about 15~ years I've been transferring Pokemon to the newest system. When the poke bank happened I didn't trust it because I did t know if I could access it outside of my system if I lost it so I never stored anything on it. So I kept every Pokemon, a complete national pokedex and every event I could get to in North America since I was like 9. I know I can't get that back and I've made piece with that, but I now want to as legitimately as possible get back if nothing else the most recent event legendaries so I can start to rebuild my pokedex quite literally from the ashes... I don't need anything to extreme like a finished pokedex or anything, I just need someway to get at least these re released legendaries so I can recapture what of my childhood I lost. (Ps if anyone could also tell me how to utilize a game save, my friend bought me an r4 card and told me that if I needed any Pokemon or something that I could ask on this site to try to get help)
