  1. The wild area event for Milcery started on 31st January, and the latest PKHeX at this point is 26th January 2020. So you are presently right: since this Milcery came from after PKHeX was updated, it has yet to be added to the legal checks (for the named version).
  2. How to get wild area news in CFW switch to begin with?
  3. My Switch’s date appears to be incorrect, as I was RNGing shiny for my own saves. Incorrect date isn’t and issue, since anyone can change their Switch’s date then perform a capture. Also the location is correct. It’ll specify the part of the wild area, unless you weren’t the host, which in that case it’ll only say in Wild Area den. I definitely caught these in a den (picture above), and I was the host (thus specific wild area in location).

Español: En esta ocasión, una recreación del evento Deoxys Centro Espacial de Houston. Inicialmente para Rubí y Zafiro. Más adelante haré para la versión Rojo Fuego / Verde Hoja / Esmeralda. English: On this occasion, a recreation of the Deoxys Space Center Houston event. Initially for Ruby and Sapphire. Later I will make for the Fire Red / Leaf Green/ Emerald version.
  5. As long as you have wild area event news updated (for this cycle), don’t update it again and don’t receive any new mystery gifts during a hypothetical new cycle, and also don’t try to host it online, you’ll be able to get them past the event cycle. That’s how I got delibird past the event date. (Was still Delibird on my save due to the lack of updating)

Set of files of all the pokémon that can be obtained in the area of the Wild area in the Old Watchtower (Watchtower Ruins) in their normal & shiny versions. All proven to be safe to use in Online mode
  7. PKHeX. Literally grab any wonder card (or update wild area news), then spawn that item into the save. If you can’t connect to internet, just import the blocks for wild area news then spawn the item into your bag.. Also what relation does your question have with what you quoted?

This Pokémon is a rare variant that is capable of Gigantamaxing, and can only be obtained via Max Raid Battles in the Wild Area. This rare variant can only be found in Pokémon Sword, though it is possible to invite others (including Shield) to join this Max Raid Battle. There's no event associated with it at time of writing.

  11. NDS didn’t have region set into it. IIRC Gen 3 - Gen 5 had wonder cards limited to language of the cart (again, region wasn’t a thing for the device, and if you see it from the perspective that people bought the carts from stores in their own country, as most physical stores then [depending on country you’re in] weren’t big on just importing merch of other languages not native to that country, where that store only sold carts of the common language or the language spoken there, that’s technically the ‘region lock’ right there). If I’m not mistaken, only events like WORLDS had event distribution that mixed European and Asian languages, else it’s normally “just stick to the languages used in the area” type of deal.

This event was distributed to those who purchased a 20th Anniversary Pokemon Clear 2DS (Red/Blue/Green/Yellow) from Japan, that came bundled with a collection ticket see screenshot area. The device also comes with a code card for a Serial Code for Mew, a code card for the respective theme, themed stickers , and pre-loaded with the Virtual Console title. (The event is received in real life between March 19 to May 8, 2016. It can have any date on the PK7, due to transporter applying a date whenever it is transferred.) The ticket would have to be taken to a participating Pokemon Center in Japan, in order to receive the Mew via trade. In Pokémon FireRed, LeafGreen & Emerald, lies a cave named the Altering Cave. At first glance, all it has are wild Zubat, which makes me people ask "why the heck does this cave even exist to begin with". As it turns out, there is more to this cave than it meets the eye. This cave was programmed to make use of special Mystery Gifts, that would allow the wild Pokémon species that appears to be altered. Sadly, this game feature never had an event to make use of it. Following it's initial release in Pokémon FireRed & LeafGreen, all the Pokémon that could have been caught from here, could also be encountered in the extended Safari Zone of Pokémon Emerald. (with the exception of Smeargle: it can be caught in Artisan cave in Battle Frontier) Despite these Pokémon all being available in Pokémon Emerald, it's not known why this cave was also included for it. This page hosts the Pokémon that can be encountered in an altered Altering Cave, as well as other means to get them to appear. New update! This page also holds a custom wonder card, that can be used to cycle through the encounters of Altering Cave, whenever you talk to the deliveryman! Take note: if you toss/remove the wonder card, the encounters in Altering Cave will be stuck at the last species encountered. Also note: FireRed/LeafGreen & Emerald have their own wonder cards. FRLG cannot use Emerald wonder card and vice versa. The encounters that get cycled are (and it wraps back to the start): Zubat, Mareep, Pineco, Houndour, Teddiursa, Aipom, Shuckle, Stantler, Smeargle. International Wonder Card (ENG FRE GER ITA SPA) Card is English language, but works on the languages listed. Japanese Wonder Card (Hint: You'll need the WC3TOOL to inject wonder cards into your save.) Also, PKHeX usage: Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen: Event constant 36 Pokémon Emerald: Event constant 62 Cycling through 0 to 8 in the above given event constant, results in the rotation of the species that appears. Also, for cheat code usage: Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen: Pokémon Emerald Codes: Credits to the Pokémon: @HaxAras Credits to codes: @BlackShark Original Post:
  25. No, gen 5 events are locked to the language of your game. For your second question, since the DS is region free and since the physical system has no effect on if you can receive events, you would be able to use an NA or PAL system with a Japanese cartridge to redeem Japanese events. The redeemed Pokemon would be the language of your game, which would be JP. That Hydreigon event is not able to be another language, only JP. A lot of western events had separate wondercards for ENG/SPA/ITA/FRA/GER, but I think most Japanese events were locked to a Japanese wondercard. I think the few exceptions would be the 2012 Singapore Fes Pikachu.
