  1. Insult you on what? I watched Digimon... at least just the first and second season. That was enough for me The seasons that took place afterward were just... weird. My opinions you ask me? I'm a rather huge fan of the original series... I still remember everyone's names and what they did and all... and going O_O when I first saw Skullgreymon, annoyed at how Myotismon just won't die, and that time when everyone turned into keychains (courtesy of Piedmon) and Angemon becoming Magnaangemon to destroy that wicked Pied Piper of Digiworld... fun times

  5. Mystery Dungeon 2 has a rescue team consisting of a Swellow and a Wurmple. If you talk to Wurmple, you'd rather feel sorry for him being stuck in that team (and talk to Swellow and the answer is obvious) :]

  7. Standard sets/EVs sicken me... Anyways nice Mismagius. If you have a Substitute up Honchkrow's Sucker Punch will only break the Sub. If you predict a Sucker Punch you can Sub up and TBolt Honchkrow to death. Anyways it's all about prediction. Also, while Murkrow is faster than Misdreavus, Mismagius is faster than Honchkrow and Murkrow, so as long as Honchkrow doesn't Night Slash or something you should be safe to Sub. I find Honchkrow a little underwhelming though, but that thing is all about prediction. Nasty Plot is a lot more dangerous than Calm Mind from what I've been experimenting though... but if you like those defenses, then stick with CM. However your Mismagius is EVd offensively and you will find NP a bit more than overkill on many things I'd generally agree with Illithian here... NP would work better on that Missy I think... but that's just me I even run a defensive Mismagius with NP because Blissey still doesn't break its Subs (yes I play Mismagius in OU... it is effective there so I'll bet it is scary in UU)... Also, it isn't unheard of to make a team entirely of UUs that is designed for OU play. I've done that before and if you play your cards right it can surprise your foes. That Moltres of yours looks like the defensive set (it hits 244 speed with those EVs which only outpaces Jolly Ttar by one point... an offensive Moltres like that wants more speed)..... only you've shifted some of the defense EVs to Special Attack. The defensive Moltres is designed for OU play I believe... since it works incredibly well there (remember my Moltres?) That Moltres of yours is all over the place... is it SubToxicRoost staller or an offensive one? Without much speed (you are not outpacing "standard" defensive Zapdos/Celebi either unless you hit around 120 Speed EVs or more) Air Slash isn't flinching anything and Roost will not buy you some handy resists if you don't have enough speed.
  8. Hmmm. Perhaps how the Pokemon can follow you around (or rather Mewtwo mind control the player while you're playing as Mewtwo) seems to be my favorite new feature so far. And new breeding moves, like Water Spout Blastoise and Aqua Jet Feraligatr are also fun, adding new strategies when battling. [mindlessofftopicrant]What I don't like is Cerulean Cave's Mewtwo... whom Gamefreak idlely left its movelist from DPP the same while everyone else like Lugia/Ho-oh were fixed accordingly. I don't know if I want to fight a Mewtwo with Psycho Cut/Amnesia/Power Swap/Guard Swap... I mean, a level 1 Murkrow can wall that Every other Mewtwos I've fought had something like Swift/Recover/Psychic/Barrier as their moves. To me, that was more challenging (especially in RBY)...[/mindlessofftopicrant] Overall, HGSS's new features from the original GSC (despite being a good game, I felt as if it were missing a lot of things) are pretty awesome.
  9. <p><p><p><p><p>Thanks :]</p></p></p></p></p>

  10. A Pokedex entry says Ekans's favorite foods are Pidgey and Spearow... and that Pidgeot hunts unsuspecting prey like Magikarp (Red/Blue Dex entries in US). Not sure about the people though...
  11. In that episode with S.S. Anne in the anime, I recall seeing actual real-world fish, and in the episode after (where the boat sunk), Ash looked out the window and saw real-world fish swimming around (not Magikarps and the likes), which is pretty interesting. Perhaps real creatures co-exist with Pokemon in their universe?
  12. <p><p><p><p><p>=.=</p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p>Heracross is on its way to UU. I blame people for not using it enough >.></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p>That poor thing is underrated...</p></p></p></p></p>

  13. Welcome....... and wow. That trainer card of yours......... except for Rotom, everyone in there is exactly how my team is! In place of Rotom is a Froslass. Anyhow pleased to meet you.
  14. Heracross is faster than Scizor... and unlike Lucario (and Scizor) has a resist to Ground and Fighting. And unlike both, Hera has dual useful 120 physical STAB, powered by Guts it becomes pretty insane. Seriously people have to stop thinking Scizor and Lucario outclass Heracross completely because they do not >.> By the way, Heracross is more defensive than Lucario. Scizor may be more defensive but Hera has some resists that Scizor doesn't (although Scizor has that resist to Dragon). Now the thing is... what is the main purpose of this team? Because if you want something like Ninetales to sweep or whatnot, you will need Pokemon to support it properly.
  15. Needle Arm is weaker than Seed Bomb of course, but Needle Arm has a chance of flinching, which can be useful with a Scarf set. But Seed Bomb is far more reliable so I would take that. Agreeing with what Relyte said, Hidden Power Grass on Gligar = NO. Gligar has a Special Attack base of 35, which may have a negligible effect on LC though due to everyone being level 5... but that slot can be replaced with something like maybe Quick Attack (in case those speedy as heck Abras are asking to get Revenge killed) or Night Slash or something which works off Gligar's bigger attack score. STAB Earthquake does 150 damage against stuff not named Lotad or Mantyke anyways... and with SD it shouldn't be hard dealing with the other waters. HP Grass runs off a weaker base of 35 while only doing 140 base damage on waters weak to it... while its only feasible 4x target would probably be Barboach or Wooper... hitting it for 280. But they will most likely survive and OHKO Gligar with something like Surf or Ice Beam. HP Grass is pretty overspecialized and unfortunately impractical on Gligar. But if it works for you... see what it can do. I'd go with X-Scissor/Night Slash/Aerial Ace/Aqua Tail/Quick Attack or something in that slot though... or even Rock Slide. Hmm... how about Roost? Be warned that while Magnemite can revenge kill Waters, it will have a hard time switching into them, so tread with extreme caution (not to mention Magnemite is extremely slow). Cacnea is your only relative safe switch in, but even that thing is not taking too many Surfs. Otherwise, this is a nice creative team.

  19. They installed an anti-piracy thing for the ROM. Well, you can't have them all, either go buy the game or... use the code that bypasses it >.> In courtesy of Chase-san: 020DD9E4 E1A00000 Yes, No$GBA can use AR codes. Not sure if the patch affects anything. You ought to search more next time. Try searching in the RAM Editing section for Action Replay needs. 20. As MewtwoEX said... how about saving your picture as PNG instead of BMP? PNG outclasses BMP in almost every way... you may as well use that format instead. What... now you're asking me about JPEG? No, do not save it in that format unless it is a photograph I believe the supported formats are PNG, GIF and JPEG for profile pictures. EDIT: Odd... VBulletin 4.0 does not seem to indicate that.
  21. I couldn't even complete the Pokedex in Red/Blue/Yellow To get all 493 is... a tall order but feasible. I only have around 200 right now in Platinum, but best of wishes for your Pokedex mission. So anyways, welcome.
  22. ... in your village. Right. Couldn't people already tell that by now?
  23. Crystal is a relatively common name... so I wouldn't be surprised. Anyhow welcome to Project Pokemon.
  24. <p><p><p><p><p>You should study more for exams... and wow, you're 10K. Pretty sweet.</p></p></p></p></p>

  25. Quoted for truth, and I REALLY agree with what you said on where I bolded. Honestly... I'm tired of seeing Jolteons running Hidden Power Grass putting a HUGE dent on my Swampert who is supposed to counter them I mean okay... one or two Jolteons with HP 70 Grass... fine. Some people may have RNG abused or something... but seeing it every time makes me just flip. Or that shiny Latias everyone and their mother uses... >.> Slow Pokemon with very low offensive capabilities are definitely harder to get them up to level 100 than the fast sweepers. In game, you're probably just going to spam a single move to sweep everything out of the way with your sweepers... but slow Pokemon like Probopass requires stalling... and in-game PP is an issue. Not to mention after taking a couple of hit you'd probably want to use that Full Restore on it. Yeah, I felt that way when raising Torterra. In other words, in-game seems to favor straight out offense rather than defensive play, which is why Ho-oh was more practical to use in-game than Lugia back in GSC.
