    Ehm ... pkhex is a tool ... you can't get a ban for using it ... you will get a ban if you screw up something using pkhex (like ... adding unreleased items to your inventory and sync the save)

    Well ... AFAIK that item is not released. (I can't find any source that says that the old amber can be found or something).
