I'm not sure, but don't reroll PID/Encryption, just to be safe. As long as the TID/SID/OT info isn't edited, and current trainer info doesn't matter. Upon entry in the game, it immediately adapts the info. So that when you look at it through PKHex after injection, it should bare your OT.

Took a while to realize I was messing up, but I successfully injected the Steelix into my OR ROM. So, ready to trade.

A list please! Your request is too general, and I (or anyone else if they agree) wouldn't want to work under assumptions. Especially with the thought that you'd want over 100 pokemon, but you really want 20, for example. Buneary is not obtainable in a Dream Ball, yet for some reason it's legal to be in one through editing. If you just want Eevee, Buneary, and Mareep, then alright. Any details on them?

To update the game cartridge involves updating the the 3DS system. Even so, the updates alone break the browser exploits.

Neither are possible via wifi trade. Unless the Justified request is a mistake. -

Get a DS flashcart (R4I-SDHC works) with the right homebrew, or NDS Adapter Plus. Both are around $38 or so. -
SD Cards are console specific, all that would happen is that the update would be in a section on your card that can only be accessed with your friend's 3DS. You can't copy/paste the data into your section, so to speak.

Movie 15, not 18. It has to have at least 3 max IVs. Blast Burn and Hydro Cannon have to be relearn moves. Reroll EC, SID is 81. Everything else is fine.
