Huh? I only have less than 2040 points on my Japanese account and yet I can access Spooky Manor with Hitmontop, so I don't know what the problem is.

Hmm... nice request! Surely I shall work on that, but there are too many colors unless you'd like me to simplify it in a certain way. -
Actually, illegal Shiny Pokémon don't damage your game. I wouldn't try to tuck them in, though.

Yep, I checked it and it had 19 colors. I reduced the color depth to 16. Not sure if this one will actually work.

What I do is create individual swatches of the colors (up to 15 of them), then copy & paste the swatches into GraphicsGale or any program that can reduce the color depth to 16. I guess I should make a video about it later. -
I loaded the Smeargle 2 Wonder Card in Pokégen, but when I receive it at the Pokémon Center, I get no Pokémon.

Why not just take the time to open a Gen IV pkm file and set the location to (Pokétranfer)? Or is it for legality purposes? I'm not sure. When I load a Gen IV pkm file for Black and White 2, it did look like it had a scrambled nickname and OT but I could change the location it was caught. Oh, and I like the ability to drag Pokémon from one Pokégen Window into another Pokégen Window.

Oh well, the problem has risen again as I tried to move on from US Black 2 to JP White 2. On both DS Lites I get the error message saying something with two instances of "1" and DS. I can't play Dream World no more.

While I could easily make the Friend Code differ, the same cannot be said for the Game Sync ID. I know that the Game Sync ID can't be changed on the same save file, but I want to use Game Sync in Black 2.
