    @Deoxyz And I both found the Pokemon people traded to be interesting. We both found it odd to see shines and Pokemon like that in the carts. That explains it. The kids didn't understand they could offer anything for the Mew.

    Never mind. I'm not a fan of chasing down shaking spots and hoping I don't get an encounter and lose it before I ever get close. I'll figure something else out. Edit: Added the level 19 G/S Diglett's cave Dugtrio. Corrected the Crytal Dugtrio from 19 to 16. Edit: Updated zip with the Illex Forest gen 4 level 10 Golduck. Edit: Added Golduck and Noctowl Illex Forest encounters to gen 2. Edit: Gen 1 in-complete again! I added the In-game trade Jynx to the under-leveled list for gen 1.     I was reading posts on the Pokemon ribbons discord server and something about Japan not having an E-reader Eon ticket came up. Originally I was thinking of the possibility of mixing records between an English and Japanese Emerald and a Japanese Ruby. Using 2 link cables and 3 GBA's. But then it crossed my mind. If that works, could you send an English Eon ticket to the Japanese games? The reason this crossed my mind was the possibility of sending Regi dolls easier. I don't know how the games handle the situation of 1 compatible game and one incompatible.

    Is it a surfing encounter? Cause I'm tired of fishing. It's the worst mechanic in the game. I was going to work on the BW Walrein if it's a Surfing encounter since I can do it while battling E-reader trainers.

    How long have you been collecting under leveled Pokémon? About a week or two before this thread but based on the reaction of people on various chatrooms, figured nobody else was interested. I started collecting static Pokémon in Emerald last year but gave up I was trying to catch all the Keckleon and Magmar/Aqua Electrode, New Mauville, etc. I'm also interested in catching everything in a safari ball (female when possible) if anyone else is interested if I made another thread or two. I already have every sport ball female.

    Why can't you share them? Are you talking about the gen 3 Pokémon? Cause I already caught those. And don't worry about the Seaking. I'll keep hunting it. I was taking a break because I'm also working on releasing Colosseum save states so people can get E-reader mons in every language. That's more important than Seaking. Where is the Walrein located? I was thinking of starting gen 5 soon so I could take breaks from E-reader mons and work on that.

    Weren't there multiple 10th anniversary carts? Top 10 distribution and the original? What are the chances of also having seen a Nintendo of Italy cart compared to Nintendo of North America or Germany? I don't know all the branches of Nintendo.

    Thanks for the corrections. I'll fix it after work. Another thing: I'm hesitant to mark anything as complete since I found the burned tower Raticate and Magmar weren't on our list and the only reason I knew to look was because of the gen 4 Magmar. I'll post the up to date zip after work with my level 10 illex forest Golduck from gen 4.

    There might be more, but these are the only ones I saw in my Pokemon Silver save as I caught half of them last night. The spreadsheet in the under-leveled Pokemon thread I'm currently managing has what I believe to be the majority of the Pokemon and their locations.

    My friend bought a Fire Red cart with a bunch of Japanese gen 3 event Pokémon that I donated to the gen 3 preservation project. A while back, I bought 12 different gen 3 carts and the most interesting things I found were some shiny Pokémon. Our best bet (Besides old magezines) is to find blog posts or Japanese fan sites. Though YouTube videos help as well. Since it was only semi recently discovered that the Marine ribbon was given to Japanese tournament winners in gen 3.

    I had (English) gen 1 save files as recently as last year, during the Pokemon Go craze that still had working batteries. I think gen 1 lasts a lot longer than gen 2. There's also Pokemon Stadium backups and we've also managed to back up and preserve a few of our saves. It still boggles my mind how we haven't found any Japanese collectors with info and nobody seems to know any Japanese fan sites. I had a Japanese friend on Serebii last year and I'm pretty sure he mentioned they had sites that were better or similar to Serebii and Bulbapedia.

    So do you think the university Magikarp have ID's between 1-20? Are there not any current Japanese Pokemon communities like PPorg or Bulbapedia? Do we not know any collectors in Japan who might be able to help?

    I should have Spanish, French, Japanese and English Ruby saves. Japanese, English and Spanish Emerald saves Japanese Sapphire. I can donate my HG save and I can migrate from Platinum.

    I'd be happy to. I have English and Japanese SoulSilver and English Heart Gold. I have Diamond, Pearl and Platinum in English and Japanese. gen 3 I have English, Japanese, Spanish and French carts. I could just throw in some cross language Pokémon as I've been meaning to experiment with that more anyway. I don't have a complete save on my JP SS but I could just write my HG save to it. Do you need me to migrate anything in particular or just Pokémon with a nickname of A? @ajxpk I discovered an exploit a few years ago that allows you to migrate as many times as you want from Diamond and Pearl. You need 2 GBA carts. You change the date on your DS to 2 days ahead. Insert the dummy cart, try to migrate and make the game/DS synq. Then insert the cart to be migrated from and migrate normally. Then change the date to 2 days ahead and repeat.

    This is a Japanese Pokemon Ruby save file that I scanned my "Decoration present" E-reader card on to get the Regi Dolls in my save, using official hardware. I discovered that it was possible to use the decoration trader NPC to trade secret base decorations between games to get every secret base decoration in the English games. (Or any language, I just happen to be in North America.) To get the decoration trader NPC into your game (Without mixing records), your ID needs to end in a 4 or a 5. Alternatively, if you don't have him and you need him. It would be a simple task to create new save files until you get the correct ID, play through the game and mix records to send him to your desired cart. I've included an insulting diagram on how to get the regi dolls from the Japanese Ruby to the non-JP Emerald with the least amount of record mixing needed, assuming all 3 saves have a decoration trader.

How should we go about under-leveled Pokemon that have been migrated? With the New Mauville Magneton that I evolved in gen 4. I added it to the gen 3 section but made a note that it's with the PK4 files.

    I already caught both gender Pyroar. did we look into the gen 1-2 Magmar/Electabuzz and for that matter, gen 3? I know we already have the gen 4 Burned tower Magmar thanks to JoJo.

    I can trade you after work if nobody else has. Can anyone find the HG/SS "Special tree" in the Illex Forest for the under-leveled Noctowl/Butterfree? It requires headbutt. I also added the surfing golduck encounter, 10% encounter rate for it , 90% for Psyduck. If I can find out after work, I can add you. I'd prefer the list to match the master file on my PC so I just need to make sure I know when you edit the files/ I download your contributions so they match.
