    1 in 600 for the level 25. And I get the damn level 26. I've captured every one that didn't flee. If I catch the entire level range outside of 25, I'll give up. Fishing is terrible. So painfully slow in these games. I have 11 Japanese Sapphire.

    Can anybody tell me who contributed the gen 2 Gloom, Haunter and Dragonair? I can't find their original donor. I have the first 8 badges in SS. Is it in the post game or in Johto?

    Thanks for the updates. I was going based on the most up to date lists I could find in the thread. I tool the level 30 SS Pupitar out and 1-2 other mons that weren't under-leveled.

    Thanks for the correction. And I'll probably do it when I go back through it when I wake up later, I kinda like the idea. It think of it like an index of sorts. If that makes any sense. I'm so tired, I'm starting to hallucinate. I also have updated Poke J's contributors page. 27 man hours across 3 days. No food or sleep. The spreadsheet is finally done. Totally worth all the work. Thanks to @theSLAYER for the suggestion and helping to implement it. This thread will be so much cleaner now. I just need to add the in-game trade mons and see who contributed what and add each contributor to the spreadsheet and it's 100% done. Edit: Here's the most up to date copy of the zip file. I'm gonna shower and eat and then finish adding the contributors. Sleep is for the weak and I should be getting my third wind anyway. I can make it the rest of the day if I try hard enough.     I've never heard of such a thing. But i'm getting too sidetracked anyway. I'm going to finish posting this list. I still have to do gen 5 and 7. and look into the gen 6 under-leveled victory road Hydreigon.

    I use visual boy advance but it has a 90% crash rate every time I try to make or load a save state.

    We need another Sedra and another Haunter to have the Gengar and Kingra. @jojo12100, Wanna start fishing for Seaking? We can race to see who catches it first. When i finish the spreadsheet, I'm going to seep. I've been up all night and working on this for hours. Everybody who has contributed. I was thinking of adding the name of the person who contributed each Pokemon next to them in the spreadsheet. Anybody for or against this? I think it's still early enough that I can add them all and it wouldn't be too much more work. The picture is a sample. Let me know what you think.

    I just wanted to say: If anybody wants to help with the spreadsheet. The best way is to help me fill in the evolution levels and or which games the Pokemon appear in. Some evolutions I *think* I know. LIke Muk being level 32 but I've been wrong before and I don't want to post it unless I'm sure. Name spelling corrections help as well. @theSLAYER Are you able to edit the first post again and above the spreadsheet, just mention that I'm the one managing it currently so people don't send Poke J updates instead.

    I actually don't need much help with the spreadsheet at the moment. I have nothing but time to kill today. I'll be done in a few hours. Unless you guys can send me the evolution levels of every Pokemon. But I already know some of them. I'm also adding the evolutions of the Pokemon like Haunter and Gloom. I guess we could just consider them optional targets.

    The help would be appreciated. I could use help with the tedious stuff. I don't know what each Pokemon's evolution level is and I'd like to add the origin game for every Pokemon.

    The post is done being updated. The thing about updating the first post, I can't continue to update it every time we make changes. So I was going to consider my above post the new post #1 where all the updates will be posted. I like the idea of a google sheet. (Provided it works. I have a spreadsheet for my 'for trade' Pokemon and it only works right when it wants to.)

    The people on the Bulbapedia Discord server just told me that. I had no idea that was even a thing. I'm going to start searching for it again. Level 22 Graveler and Golem from Platinum. Level 20 Pokeradar Swellow from Diamond. Level 20 Pokeradar Houndoom from Pearl Level 22 Floatzel from Diamond These Pokemon have been modified. I changed the OT of the Floatzel and Swellow from my brothers name to mine.     I'm not even going to try to get any of those. They're all fishing and surfing and those are the worst ones. Do you have a level 22 Graveler from Platinum, route 214? I spent 2 1/2 hours searching. I found about 50-60 level 23's and 3-5 level 24's. Not a single 22 showed up. Bulbapedia has Diamond/Pearl's lowest level listed at 23 so I wonder if they made a mistake.

    Is anybody currently maintaining a backup of all the Pokemon files we're uploading here? All the ones I've been collecting myself, I haven't been keeping for myself. I just catch them, dump the file here and delete them so these are the only copies if nobody is saving them or making an updated zip file. I have a complete Silver save if you need help with gen 2. I'm just waiting for a package to arrive on Tuesday at this point.

    Here are some more personally obtained under-leveled Pokemon. The one with the Japanese name is a Magnezone. I evolved it on my Japanese Pearl because I like Pokemon with different language nicknames. I modified it in 1 small way, feel free to un-do it if you download the Pokemon. I checked the nickname box in PKHeX. Pokemon bank will wipe a Pokemon's foreign name when you migrate them if the nickname box isn't checked. I have no idea why. (I never tested what would happen if I migrated the Magnezone from a Japanese game. Because you can migrate from an English gen 3 game to a Korean gen 4, evolve it and give it a Korean nickname. Would Pokebank wipe it's name and make it English or since it has a Korean nickname/cart, would it keep it?) Another thing I noted above. I have a third under-leveled Magneton. I'm willing to share it with anybody who might want an un-cloned one for whatever reason. Unless I can find a Korean cart. Cause then you can guess what I'll do with it. I have somebody on Bulbapedia who is trading me the X Clawitzer, friend safari gogoat and Foretress. Updated the list with the Pokemon I captured. Added the correct level and game to Slowbro. Removed Seafoam Islands level 32 Golduck. Bulbapedia lists it's level as 33. Edit: Diamond and Pearl have a level 20 Peliper on route 205.     Are you from the land down unda, mate? Cause if you are, I'm gonna make so many terrible Aussie jokes. Also, somebody above mentioned getting themes for free. Are there a lot of Pokemon themes? I use the black theme but it would be nice to buy all the Pokemon related themes and get the unavailable ones elsewhere.

    I saw @jojo12100's update and was bored and these were easy to catch. I was serious when I said I intend to bow out but I might collect a few more easy to catch Pokemon from time to time. The level 4 Santalune forest Metapod. The male and female Pyroar and the rest of the friend safari mons you can read their names.
