    i did make it but at the end it turned out unrestricted instead of restricted, and i think there is a change in the IVs but im not 100% sure.

EDIT 2: here you go i managed to make it common GBA event and timid (just so you know its IVs are: attack=0 speed,SP.attack=31 and the rest 20), enjoy: lm69's event jirachi timid.pkm

    Im sorry i wasnt on lately i finished one of my exams i will be on until the 16th of june then i have another final exam i need to do, thank you everyone that helped with requests, That Pokemon Guy, Aarux and wraith89 i appreciate all your hard work you did for all the requests keep up the good work and dont stop makeing requests . P.S: since i do not know which request was made or wasnt i will not make any for now, if you posted a request that wasnt made please pm me your request or direct me to the place where you posted it.
