    Somehow I have a problem patching the game with the delta, it show checksum failed.

    It do nothing when I do Apply Patch. I use the windows patch on windows 7 64 bits, but it don't patch at all. I use the .xdelta file as patch.

    It looks like the rom is unfinished. Since names weren't changed and the sprites when you choose the characters weren't too. Same for pokemon choosing at start. And was lucky enough to get a female squirtle.

    For Firered it could be possible I guess since someone was able to do a patch to have the 649 pokemons. Would like to do something with BW B2W2 but they are too recent to really have any tool and help to hack it.

    Anyone found a way to add new types into a rom and be able to modify the weaknesses ? Was looking o add some type idea into an hack without replacing the type already here or the ??? type.

    It's the team rocket that fused them with a machine, but later they were back to their original form. It's like the eevee that can switch to Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon, but later it evolved into Espeon and lost the ability to switch. Also it seem Sabrina, Lt Surge, Koga and Blaine are part of the Team Rocket in the manga. That Serebii link could help you to set the team for the trainers, since it's the most recent pokemons they have in their possession.

    Maybe add 2 new items for them, like Surfboard used on a male Pikachu give him Surf and change his form, while using Balloons on a female Pikachu give her Fly and change her form to a flying Pikachu. Mking the male a Water/Electric with Pikachu on Surfboard sprite and female Flying/Electric with Pikachu with balloons attached to it sprite.

    So you try to do like Pokemon Naranja ? Too bad that this game was in spanish.

    Also will you make 2 different forms for Pikachu ? Like Pika for male and Chuchu for female. Pika have surf and Chuchu have fly. Chuchu how she could look. Pika Maybe making them able to learn it in Yellow Forest.

    So Leaf is not Green, much like anime characters based on mangas I guess. It feel a bit weird to have a twin as a friend tho, except if you play Leaf you have Red and Yellow as friend, but if it's Cheren and Bianca that get replaced I guess you can't really change one of them going with the gender you choose.

    Solarbeam could be light type like many other moves, light type could be just a type for support a bit like ghost moves do status effects. For crystal it's not really rock since it's resistent to water and weak to fire, I just think crystal onix was just a prototype of Steelix, they just scrapped the idea of crystal. You could see crystal as glass. For cyber not only porygon could be used for this, you have Genesect and Beldum that can fall into this even maybe magnemite and voltorb.

    Can you add more type or can only use those you have right now ? Because I think the game is missing some types that need to be added, some are even in the trading card game. Something like Cyber, Light, Crystal, Shadow and Cosmic types. Cosmic is more like Clefairy, Deoxys, Unowns, Elgyem, Lunatone, Solrock, Jirachi and Sigilyph. Cyber is mostly for Porygon line and later robot like pokemon having an AI. Crystal for now only Crystal Onix come to my mind could be named Glass or making Glass type a separate one. Light is from trading card game it's the opposite of dark type. Shadow is mostly like Pokemon .

    Are you going to include Sevii islands and maybe orange under it ? And if our friend is Green the champion is Green too ? Since Green and Gary are mostly the same character ( Green(JP) = Blue(US) = Gary(Anime) ).

    It's mostly the missing Eeveelution. I think for some of them something like Leafeon and Glaceon evo could work. I know the fighting one could evolve near the Challenge Rock or something similar, steel could be like magnezone but for other don't really know how it could work, maybe the normal one can evolve with a shiny stone.

    Wanted to make like pokemon Yellow because I want to make a game with Yellow ( Not the GameBoy game but the Manga Character ) and wanted to have her Chuchu to follow her but I think will just keep it in the inventory then.

    Bit old video, but it's a start for a script even if it only spot when another one is launched. You can't use the follow pokemon script via HG/SS version and alterate it for Fire Red?
