    actually what he said, but its nearly impossible to get legal shiny pokemon with perfect ivs though, i only have three iv/nature combos that have that so id just go for a minimum 20 ivs in all stats except 31 i sp def to get the somewhat vain

    well what i take from it is that the natures have nothing to do with what your trying to get, the somewhat vain will occur if you have a 31 IV in special defence, you can then make a shiny ralts with the pid generator and just put in 31 for sp defence and whatever number naive is in the nature value

    no, once hex values are determined they are set in stone so if the hometown (game its from) is set to diamond or pearl and its a hatched pokemon then you dont need to touch the hidden hex values
