    any shiny is shiny because its pid is one of the relatively few that are chosen to be shiny so a hatched shiny is shiny for the same reasons a wild is shiny or a chained shiny is shiny

    a lucario or a scizor would be a better choice instead of heracross because lucario has better defenseive stats and is still exceptionally strong, but if you really want a bug type then scizor also has great defense and is extremely fast. overall i'd give it a 7/10
