  1. Ok, so, if you use the Complete Pokedex Code, you become unable to connect your game to the Dream World, getting a 13204 Error Code. As to exactly why, it's still not clear, but it involves a check of the Pokedex, in a similar way to how Random Match checks for the legality of your team for battles. (Most likely the presence of certain Dex Entries, such as Keldeo/Meloetta/Genosect, and possibly Zekrom/Reshiram/Victini's Shiny forms, though the latter three is doubtful to be part of it.) Anyway, here are the codes for B/W that reverse the Complete Dex Codes: Empty Pokedex Codes, for Black and White. (Technically, they're just the Complete Dex Codes, with the row of "FFFFFFFF" replaced with "00000000" NOTE: After using the code, DO NOT look at your Pokedex until AFTER you have caught a Bulbasaur and an Isshu Pokemon, or something like that. It will give you an 'Error, shut down the system' screen if you do. After you've caught and registered those two Pokemon, you're good to go and send a Pokemon to the Dream World! Empty Pokedex Code, Pokemon White (USA): 94000130 fffb0000 0223d1d0 00001803 d5000000 ffffffff c0000000 00000131 d6000000 0223d1d4 d2000000 00000000 Empty Pokedex Code, Pokemon Black (USA): 94000130 FFFB0000 0223D1B0 00001803 D5000000 00000000 C0000000 00000131 D6000000 0223D1B4 D2000000 00000000
  2. GYA HA HA HA! Did what Mewtwo Ex said, modding my Japanese Complete Dex Code, and it WORKS! >_< Now to try to get on the PGL... And start re-catching everything. ; Well, that's where the Mod Wild Code comes in.
  3. sob... Well, it triggers with Select, but on my Japanese Black, it makes it so if I go to my Dex, I get an "error, shut down". Needless to say, I'm not gonna save after using it yet... I bet you COULD use the Dex Code again, but you'd most likely run into the same problem of not being able to re-connect to the PGL. I guess you could use the Erase Code, connect, then use the Complete Code...
  4. Tough. Go ahead and request. But don't seriously expect anyone to actually develop your dream version for a code that already works. Not unless you show an actual reason to develop such, at least.
  5. What version is that code for? Both English ones? I doubt it'll work for my Japanese B/W... But, hey, I'll give it a shot. Oh, and does it have a trigger? Select, Start?
  6. Oh. ; Yeah. Well, hopefully it'll come true and Codr will be able to make PokeGen's Dex Code short enough to use for everyone... Come to think of it, the last update for it was about 2 weeks ago. Anyone heard any possible rumors of places that might have a working code for this? Man... new games come out, people generate a Complete Dex code right away, but they don't make the reverse. I've actually wished for one in older games sometimes, since I wanted to catch new Pokemon without having to restart. ; (there's so many now though... while it's still fun, I doubt I'll ever aim to get the COMPLETE International Dex with all forms/Shinies without at least a little cheating. )
  7. gargle123, how would you specify which Pokemon is affected if not via Marking? It's not like that's a difficult way to do it anyway; just deal with it. Even a broken stylus doesn't get in the way, just use your fingertip. (The only other way to affect IV's in Gen IV that I ever had other than Marking was one that only affected Wild Pokemon that I caught...) Also, I dunno if it got ported, but the Japanese versions have a code that lets you just shift the Nature of a Pokemon to another one in-game. As for EV's, there's much less reason to cheat for them now, since they can be increased from battles even at Lv. 100, thanks to the re-working of the EV system in this generation. If you seriously have to cheat them that much, why don't you just use PokeGen and save yourself the trouble? It's not like you're gonna take the time to train them anyway.
  8. What about what Shaymew said? He said his worked after he used the code he posted, which I'm pretty sure is the Dex Code from PokeGen. The only problem is that it seems too long for some/most of our ARDSi to handle... If the issue were just being able to connect to the PGL, that'd be less troublesome. But the problem is for those that don't want to lose the ability to access their Dream World. Since you can't replace your registered B/W game with a new one even on the same cartridge, if you restart your game you're permanently unable to access it, short of buying the other version and using it instead. (I've been using the PGL & Dream World since it first came out, having a Japanese White ver.) GCJedi: I only have PokeGen issues if I try to generate more than 4 or 5 Pokemon slots at once, either in separate codes or one shared code. Maybe you're trying to make too many at once?
  9. No, it's definitely not an old firmware. I went and bought this ARDSi because of the whole firmware issue I was having with the ARDS (the ARDS basic I have is not able to update to newer firmware so couldn't be used for B/W) I've heard from someone else that it had been noticed that the PokeGen Dex code is too long in B/W for the AR's to use, and so might have some kind of fix for it. I dunno when or how. (and I can't verify that they even really said that) That's what I've suggested, it's most likely that data for those three. Still can't find a code that I can use that works, though GCJedi (a few posts above) states that he got it to work fine by using the PokeGen Dex code to remove those entries.
  10. Dang. I bet it's the same as problem (or even code) as when generated via PokeGen. It's just too many lines for it to handle for some reason. Cripes, couldn't the person who made the original Complete Dex Code make one that does the same but Un-Completes the Dex? Obviously the original works, or we wouldn't have this problem... T_T
  11. ... for non-Key Items, just Toss them, you don't need to waste time with a code for that. In the case that you used the code that gives you all the normal items, but it also gave you some others, like the Liberty Ticket, just shift the odd ones to the top, use the Wild Modifier Code to turn them into Master/Ultra Balls, toss them, and repeat until they're gone. As for Key Items... maybe, but resetting is most likely your only real option. You used the All Key Items code and saved without checking, huh? Also, if I can find out if it works, there may be a code that will reset the Pokedex entries and re-allow sending a Pokemon to the Dream World (for those that used the Pokedex Code). It's currently on the Dream World Error 13204 thread.
  12. And is that English or Japanese? Mine's a japanese game...
  13. The closest I've been able to find would be to use PokeGen to edit the Pokedex to no longer have the three currently-illegal Pokemon. However, each time I try, my AR seems to find the code too long and just stops at the white screen when loading the game. (I know it's not PokeGen's fault, but it does pose a difficulty I don't know how to get around) Isn't it possible to just make an inverse of the Complete Pokedex Code, and set all to Not Caught Not Seen? Or just remove those three's entries? I find it a bit odd to think that the Complete Pokedex Code sets a flag about it in the game data... O_O; Except for also that sets at least one other data in the game, at the GameFreak building, doesn't it?
  14. Ok, so I now understand how to use PokeGen to edit my Pokedex... but when I try to use the code via my ARDSi to test it out, the game stops at the white screen (as if I were using an older, unupdated ARDS basic). I have the same issue if I try to use a code(s) to generate more than 5 Pokemon at a time...
  15. Yeah, I've heard that too. But i have NO CLUE how to go about doing that. The closest I can see is maybe to complete it... which causes this problem in the first place. ; If someone could either explain it (or just produce the codes for B/W Jp/En) that help would be MUCH appreciated! Also, I've heard that only works if you can extract your save file? I can't, since I have a basic ARDSi. So can that method work for mine as well?
  16. Thanks! That really cleared up that problem. Everywhere else I looked was rather vague... When I'd previously made them, I set Location as DayCare Gen IV, but when they were in the game it was something else and couldn't go on Random Match. I changed it to just PokeTransfer and it worked. I'll try this (adding the Hatch info) and see if that works too! Um, but... if I reset my game, I'd have to make a totally new Profile and lose all I've gotten so far (much can't be re-obtained). I'm using Japanese White version, and have been using PGL since it came out way back. It doesn't keep your Game Synch ID does it? I've heard that gets lost in a reset... That's why I'm hoping to find a code for the Dex. Um... is it possible for Pokegen to make a code that gets rid of those three entries or even all if necessary? And I have no way to get my save file off the cartride. I only have a basic ARDSi. T_T
  17. CODE REQUEST: EMPTY the Pokedex (or just completely remove the entries for Keldeo/Meloetta/Genosect). It's been found that either having used the Complete Pokedex Code or possibly just having any of those three in your dex will block you from accessing the Pokemon Global Link, with the Error Code 13204. I have Japanese White, and of course would like this code for that as well, but my friends all have English versions.
  18. ... Ok, so huh? I'm not sure I understood that comment about Gen IV-hatched Pokemon and what their Met info has to have. So, for their Location, you say PokeTransfer or DayCareGenIV? And what (if anything) do you put for Hatch Location??? Sorry, I just got confused looking at that. ; Also, I dunno how relevant this is, but I think it's worth getting out just in case. There seems to be a problem with trying to use the PGL if you have cheat-completed your Pokedex. However, I suspect this is really just because doing so means that the person has Keldeo/Meloetta/Genosect in their Dex. If this is the case, then if you want to use PGL don't get their data by ANY means. (honestly, I partially hope I'm wrong...) If you have but didn't use any Dex-mod codes and can't log on, we may need a method for deleting entries from the Pokedex. Sorry if this is totally irrelevant.
  19. Total re-edit: Ok, so, if you use the Complete Pokedex Code, you become unable to connect your game to the Dream World, getting a 13204 Error Code. 21. However, if a Pokemon in a team you try to use in Random Match has ANY kind of erratic info, it kicks you back off. Also, the Pokemon Global Link seems to have a block involving the Pokedex. Whether it's because of just using a code, or because if it's completed it has the unavailable Keldeo/Meloetta/Genosect isn't clear yet, but it seems quite true that you will be blocked with the 13204 error code.
  22. Oh cripes... Why hadn't this been caught long ago!? I'm sure other people were using the Pokedex Code on Japanese versions before the English ones were out at all! Figures... I go get an ARDSi during the PGL's downtime, force-complete my Dex, and when it comes up again, it blocks the login. ARRGH!!! Hm, maybe it was part of the upgrade...? no, I doubt it... Ok, I'm gonna take a shot about this. Has anyone tested to see if it's just having Keldeo/Meloetta/Genosect in the Dex that causes this? It would kinda make sense, since that's easy to check for; since they are currently unavailable, and there hasn't been a picture released that shows their Dream World images. It'd be similar to the check for Random Match, like how just a slight difference in a PokeGen-made Pokemon (like their Location is "DayCareG4" instead of "PokeTransfer") can block that. On that note, is there a Delete Pokedex code? I'd really hate to have to resart my game and lose EVERYTHING I've done on the PGL... especially since I'd have to make a new profile.... And I have to ask for both the Japanese and English versions of said code. I have Japanese, but I have a friend with English.
  23. Error Code 13204: The servers are being LOADED. Think about just how many people are suddenly finally able to access the PGL. I'm still getting this after many many tries... T_T I've been wanting to finally get more easy Daisuki Coins and get those new avatar items from the Roulette (you get a free Coin each time you send a Pokemon to the Dream World). sigh. I hope it thins out a bit soon... somehow. T_T As for the weirdness with making your account, when I made mine back when the PGL first came out, I had similar issues going on. I couldn't get a Pokemon to go to the Dream World for a day or so. But then it suddenly worked and was fine from then on. I doubt anyone's account has been hacked. Especially since for them to put a Pokemon to sleep under your account, they'd have to have YOUR game cartridge, and I'm sure you'd notice if THAT was missing (the Game Synch ID is locked to your save file on your cartridge, so also don't reset your game, or you'll never be able to access that same account with the same cartridge because they can't be reset). I see a possible future difficulty with the "no ID changing" situation on PGL... if a "Pokemon Grey Version" (a Third Version) gets released, then one must assume it would also be needing access. At that point, many people may want to reset B/W to get more of the one-time Pokemon (some already do, I know). I wonder if it'd be that you can only delete one if you have at least two games registered...? However... I also remember a supposed quote that there isn't gonna be a Third Version. But I think I also heard that statement was retracted. I dunno.
  24. Well, ya got me scratchin' my head... ; I haven't gotten around to try testing just how far the anti-Shiny protection goes, but I wouldn't be surprised if the event-triggered Zoroark is protected. I'm sure Zoroa would be, regardless, simply because of the way it's encountered, and not some data-block. (Not that it really MATTERS in their cases though. It's better to just breed them and get better IVs and optional bred attacks in the first place, and get them Shiny that way.) It really DOES kinda make sense for Reshiram/Zekrom to be protected, though, since if there is 'only one of both in the universe' there really couldn't be an 'alternate colored' one of them as well (especially if the idea is that they were originally part of one dragon, thus making them non-shiny by the basis of their 'existence' being literally the only ones of their kind). As far as my understanding goes, they do have to have Shiny data just for programming purposes (like Arceus' ???-form in Gen IV is believed to be), not necessarily because they intend for people to ever actually get them that way. (of course, I guess they could have just made their Shiny form the same as normal in that case...?). In Victini's case, maybe just because it's an Event-only-related Pokemon? (in my opinion, I kinda like their normal forms more anyway... ; ) As for Tornelos/Voltlos... I dunno. Honestly, I'd be rather surprised if they couldn't be Shiny naturally (maybe there's something about their type of encounter that prevents the code from working?). I'd believe Landlos, Kyurem, and the Musketeer Trio are most likely available as Shiny with no problemsl, since they're basic interaction encounters. However, Keldeo (aka 4th Musketeer), it's in the same boat as Meloetta and Genosect: Absolutely Event Only, so they'll never be Shiny unless they have a specific event to be such. (unless by some miracle they came through the Dream Forest and THAT allowed them to have the odds of being Shiny... However, I don't know how that system works at all, so I personally wouldn't get my hopes up. (Still, I'm holding out hope for a Shiny Meloetta. >_< )
  25. Better idea: GO LEGAL. BUY THE GAME. THIS IS A CODE THREAD, NOT ONE FOR HELPING EVADE COPYRIGHTS.
