Put your save file in the same directory as the program, rename it to what it says on the program, and you're done. -

Remove the 1st and 3rd line, then the dialog will only show once instead of 3 times.

Don't use OpenFileDialog.ShowDialog unless you're also checking the value of the expression. You use ShowDoalog then use it again to check the value. So the first time is meaningless.
