    Put your save file in the same directory as the program, rename it to what it says on the program, and you're done.

    Remove the 1st and 3rd line, then the dialog will only show once instead of 3 times.

    Don't use OpenFileDialog.ShowDialog unless you're also checking the value of the expression. You use ShowDoalog then use it again to check the value. So the first time is meaningless.
