    Legality analysis doesn't seem to like Primo's eggs when they're traded (HGSS).     They can put events in whatever ball they want, they've just chosen to use Cherish Balls, since they're event exclusive Pokeballs.

    Additionally, it doesn't have any special moves, which makes it about it good as one from a Hidden Grotto. So unless you want it in a Dream Ball, or just prefer the Entralink capture location, there isn't a point.

    I'm guessing it was targeted towards people buying the games as Christmas presents. However, it would've been nice for everyone to be able to get them without having to buy another game.

    Well since you clearly didn't have any idea what that means, despite being necessary to actually get it, it's quite obviously hacked.

    Ribbons don't prevent Pokemon from being traded over local wireless, and the Wifi connection.

    So you're suggesting that he contributes the rom so it can be hacked to give out what in essence would be other hacks? yeah...

    Can't say why the Mew is hacked, but it definitely is. Additionally, there are quite a few other terrible hacks associated with your account that you promptly deleted when it was mentioned. Finally, the Hacked / Event only (###) is pretty self-explanatory, so it really shouldn't need to be explained once, let alone four or five times. Oh, and it's up to the moderators/admins discretion on who to mute; if they muted you, it's because they had a good reason (and Hozu did).

    Just use Pokegen to make yourself a code. If you'd hacked it properly, it would've. However, you did an extremely bad job, so it didn't.

    Additionally, Light Metal Scizor is just awful. So you're not really missing out on anything.

    In a similar vein, the only way to get Mew in a Pokeball other than the default, and Cherish ball is through Emerald, and only on Japanese versions.

    You can just get a Steadfast Scyther off the DW, and then evolve it - there is literally no difference.
