Have multiple save backups and save states, then edit the .ini in notepad and change the save format to "Raw". It may force you to create a new save from scratch, then load up your save state then proceed to save in-game.

Just import a Fly Pikachu event (from Gen 6 or 7) into a Gen 8 save. Would create a pk8 file when you export the mon from the save.

From what I can see, it needs to be in one more folder. Place a folder at that location, name if whatever, then shift the main into that folder. -
