Yes, please use proper punctuation. The reason why it says "(USE AT YOUR OWN RISK)" is because if you use it early in the game, it will mess up the in-game story!

Yes, it seems like all the new ideas from every Pokéfan is starting to be considered, but only at a minimal rate. In any state, I personally enjoy the same old stuff, but what I really want and this has been floating around ever since the 3rd Gen was that you will be able to travel Region to Region Collecting Badges, Defeating the Elite 4, Entering Pokémon Contest and Catching Pokémon. For example, your Home Town is Pallet Town, so you will Collect Badges, Catching Pokémon and eventually Defeating the Elite 4 in the Kanto Region. Now after Defeating the Elite 4, you travel to the Johto Region and doing the stuff as in Kanto and after that, you would travel to the Hoenn Region and eventually travel to the Sinnoh Region and now to the Isshu Region. -

Yes, my knowledge is not what everyone expects. I am only an amuteur on AR codes. I can only say that I am an AR Researcher which means I research or search for AR codes and convert them or deduct them, but when it comes to creating them by scratch, I will likely mess up. The only reason why I can't fully understand AR codes is because I don't fully understand Hex Values such as the 44h, 45h, 46h, 47h, 85h, 86h, 87h, 89h, 90h, and 91h Values. Yes, I recently saw somewhere on google by searching for Hex Values that their are more then 86h Values. I don't quite know what these new Values do, but if I were to guess, I would say that these new Values are really important. I have no idea if these new Values are even real, so if I made an error, I am sorry for that.

Maybe, but remember that the point of the Pokémon Games were to be base off of the Pokémon Anime. They would never change the main plot of the game. The main plot is base off the Pokémon Anime which lets you begin your Adventure by obtaining your starter from the Prof. and in return, you will have to record new Pokémon inside your Pokédex. After that, you will seek to become a Pokémon Master base on Ash from the Pokémon Anime by obtaining Gym Badges and defeating the Elite 4. It will likely be the same as always, but with a few miner or major changes on how you complete these tasks, but the main plot will never change. -
True, but if you wanted to make your loop code shorter, all you have to do is either remove all the zeros like this: or remove all the zero and leave only one row of line of zeros like this: Either way it will result in the same manner of Deleting/Removing All Key Items, but may have different values.

I always thought they were the same, sorry about that. If I remember correctly, Shiny Pokémon can not have all 31 IV in all stats. They can only have 31 IV in 5 stats.

@ BananaMan14: No, I use Snow Mails instead of Heart Scales. Remember that the Item Hex Value for Snow Mails is 90 and the Item Hex Value for Heart Scales is 5D.

It has nothing to do with the coding of the Togepi. Remember that every AR code has a side effect, you may not notice or may never notice it, but I think that one of the AR code you have used may have caused a side effect that is causing your Togepi problems.

Are you using multiple codes with the Nature Modifier? Try using the Nature Modifier alone. I really don't know what is happening to you because I know for a fact that the Nature Modifier works for my Male and Female Togepi's that I received from Mr.Pokémon.
