    For the stats, I recommend trying to deposit them in your storage, then withdrawing them. This may fix the problem, if it doesn't, open the pokemon with pokesav, and upload them here.

    If the value in decimal is 4, the hexadecimal value is 4h, which would mean the 46h value would be 04

    Can you get him to trade you a pokemon of his? (any pokemon) If you can get his TID, SID and OT from that, I can just easily make it as if it were hatched, it's easier than making it an egg.

    It is not possible for pokesav to modify which Pokemon you encounter. You will need to use the Pokemon Modifier code from the sticky in this forum, for your game.

    There's an app called iDex (I think) if you're looking for a pokedex. It isn't as good as it could be though, it has every pokemon in alphabetical order, it's type match ups, evolutions, then for everything else, it'll just send you to their website. But it's pretty good, if you just need a quick reference. and, Greencat, Colluquy isn't the best IRC app for the iPhone, it is just the best for it's price (I used to use LimeChat, that was heaps better... although, it was $6 (here))
