  1. In CodeJunkies' subscription, for HG/SS, they say "DSi users: Insert the pokemon cartridge into Action Replay after starting Action Replay DSi". Did you try that ?
  2. The program is translated in English, but it has not been updated since the US version came out, so the cheats are still in Jap format.
  3. I don't know what "Virtual Server" is, but port forwarding sould be in "NAT" (Network Address Translation).
  4. Okay, very interesting, that's what I thought. That seems logical, I think you're right.
  5. Oh, sorry, so it is certainly a problem with the ports, I did misunderstand what you said. When you forwarded your ports, did you use the right local IP address, the one where the servers are ? Maybe you could try using http://ping.eu/port-chk/ with your public IP and port 80, while SendPKM is running. If your port is open, the program will show an error, and the website will say it is open. If so, the problem comes only from UDP 53. If it doesn't work at all, well I don't know what to do...
  6. Thank you for the feedback, so there would be a real link between using Nintendo's GTS once and having no more BSOD's. I can try and sniff the packets with Cain & Abel and Wireshark, dunno if it'll work though.
  7. That's wierd indeed. This is not a problem with port opening, 'cause it doesn't even work locally. I'm sorry but I think I can't help you more, maybe someone else will have another idea... :\
  8. If your ports are open in your router, the problem may come from your firewall, try and disable every firewall and antivirus software, it may be helpful. PS : English is not my main language neither, but I try my best.
  9. Simply change the code to the value you want, there's nothing difficult : 94000130 FFFB0000 62111880 00000000 B2111880 00000000 0000E718 XXXXXXXX D2000000 00000000 Replace XXXXXXXX with the hex value you want. No, that's impossible, because an AR DS is for the DS only, you can't modify the RAM of the Pokéwalker.
  10. Do you use your local IP, if you're in your own network ?
  11. Yeah, I know, and no need to use GTS flaws to import your .pkm's with an AR... But I don't know how to fix the .pkm if I don't see it first, maybe you could post it here as an attachment (I'm not sure to be able to help if it is really corrupted though).
  12. I know thenewpoketext a bit, I just wasn't sure if the names would be in the usual message files (I didn't search actually ). Thanks again. EDIT : Okay, I found it, it was in file 612, so 'get 612 locations_plat.xml' did the trick.
  13. Thanks a lot. BTW, could you telle me where is it located in the ROM (path to the file), please ? PS : I didn't have anything after Vietnam, look at the screenshot :
  14. Yeah, that's what I meant. I don't believe Nintendo would agree if a fangame traded with their GTS...
  15. Thanks for the info, but I can't read Japanese, I hope Poryhack will manage to rip the names. That's right, everything is based on the PID, so each player of your fangame would have to have a different PID, which has to be registered first. The registration process seems to use SSL, so I think it'd be difficult to connect to the real GTS. However, fan-made GTS servers can accept any PID, and I think it would be much more legal using a custom GTS server rather than the real one for fangames.
  16. No, you don't even have to actually select a mark. Simply choose "Marking", then "Confirm", and the EV's for all stats will be modified according to the values set in the code.
  17. You have a version of Pokesav that outputs codes for Jap games. Replace the line B2110DC0 00000000 with B2111880 00000000, and you're done.
  18. Yes, I found one in PPSE's SVN repository (I added the first and the last three items according to PPRE's Table.tbl): If you want the Unicode characters directly instead of their hex number, you can download PPRE and have a look at the file Table.tbl included in the ZIP archive.
  19. That's odd, why is it always 3 then ? The game should request the maximum number of results... Are you sure of that ? For example, what value do you have when you perform a search ? Anyway, who feels courageous enough to make a list of all the countries ? There should be 227 countries, from Afghanistan (0x01) to Vietnam (0xE3). I don't know if it is 'rippable' directly from the ROM, it could be somewhat easier. EDIT: There seems to be a problem : France is 44th in the list, but the value I got with Platinum was 0x47, i.e. 71... It must be sorted otherwise, maybe with Jap names ? EDIT²: Wierd... I made the list, but there are only 130 elements in it...
  20. I didn't see any documentation, but I did some research with my Platinum version (Diamond and Soul Silver gave exactly the same results). I got these data : * Pattern: * Pokémon/gender/level/country * data=$_GET['data'] * Deciphered data Abra/either/any/any data=SjstJ5BCF6twVernYqWG 0x3F 0x00 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 Abra/male/any/any data=SjstJSoUmwHNapX1ILSp 0x3F 0x00 0x01 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 Abra/female/any/any data=SjstJG-r1dafX7xuwSwU 0x3F 0x00 0x02 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 Abra/either/1-10/any data=SjstWKvePVT04b4aWtA7 0x3F 0x00 0x03 0x01 0x0A 0x00 0x03 Abra/either/11-20/any data=SjstRM_JFTpXDxOb_jbG 0x3F 0x00 0x03 0x0B 0x14 0x00 0x03 Abra/either/91-100/any data=Sjst5C99Vw5zfKhh02gr 0x3F 0x00 0x03 0x5B 0x64 0x00 0x03 Arceus/neither/any/any data=Sjst9P_ud1yFJAGpouNS 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 Arceus/neither/any/Afghanistan data=Sjst9yCFsRH7Gy4iRFu9ew== 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 0x01 Arceus/neither/any/South Africa data=SjsutL-w8XX-Q-x1mB9hvQ== 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 0xC0 Arceus/neither/any/Albania data=Sjst9mUc8-cpEVSb5dQv-g== 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 0x02 Arceus/neither/any/Algeria data=Sjst8a6zDbyeBIEUhkyadQ== 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 0x03 Arceus/neither/any/Vietnam data=Sjsu0c6jzjgI08MCpZFUVA== 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 0xE3 Arceus/neither/any/US data=Sjsu2CtyOKTMHZWyPEdZmQ== 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 0xDC Arceus/neither/any/UK data=Sjsu2ebb_u-eJ285m8_vHA== 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 0xDB Arceus/neither/any/France data=SjsuLcJahJhXO9M8XUGpqQ== 0xED 0x01 0x03 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x03 0x47 Now, my guess : Byte offset 0x00-0x01 Pokémon being looked for 0x02 Gender (1: male, 2: female, 3: (n)either) 0x03 Min level 0x04 Max level 0x05 Always 0 ? 0x06 Game language (always 3 for me because I play French version) 0x07 Country (optional, set only when a country is specified, to allow compatibility with D/P in which this option wasn't available) It seems to be in alphabetical order, based on English names of the countries.
  21. Simply mark only your Weavile, not your Magnezone...
  22. All I know is that the original Japanese code to get 31 IV in each stat was: But it seems logic to use the same pattern for each stat, it was maybe a typo made by the original poster of the code. EDIT: I didn't see you edited your post, NVM.
