  1. For anyone still looking for the patch: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1b_kQVLlt5IxkYJ1MHvCLMqOokv6S0NVa?usp=sharing The first one is the one I had left on my OneDrive for around 7 years, it's an old (xdelta1 rather than xdelta3 I think) patch. Using the xdelta1.1 patcher found on the last comment of this thread (https://gbatemp.net/threads/patching-using-xdelta.320880/page-2) seems to work, one needs to use a command to run it, which would be (using cmd inside the folder you extracted the patcher) : xdelta1_1.exe patch "path to .xdelta patch" "path to .nds file" "output path" But I get an access denied error from that (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y_UNjEGA0Gt686VvI90tcWnEUmyXju3v/view?usp=sharing), which is weird because anon made the patch work this way and we both have Windows 10 64 bit operating systems. The New Patch is the one I made from the old one (thanks to anon from Reddit, a HUGE shoutout to them). It's simpler to patch, just use the Delta Patcher and a US HeartGold ROM. HOWEVER, the ROM from the New Patch seems to not save properly and the saves it produces don't seem to work at all, even on save editors (it may be a save file size issue). You probably should NOT work with that xdelta file. The ROM from the original patch works fine on emulator (I use DESMUME), but when loading a save on a flashcard (using TTDS), I get a softlock. EDIT: Actually it works on my flashcard. Just generate the save from an emulator, and only edit that sav file. In other words, saving with your DS corrputs this game's save and gives you a softlock. Still, the mere fact this file is still existent on the Internet is great and I hope that someone who knows more about it than I do does something great out of that. 2. Considering there appears to be no info online for parts 3 and 4 of the research I think it's safe to say not may if anyone has made it past part 2; therefore, nobody can say for 100% certainty. However, going off of the other Mew from GO the answer is probably not. The GO to LGPE transfer probably blocks based on Pokémon index number and not what GO research event the Mew is from.
