Not sure if this means much, but I just wanted to comment how much I love this hack. It really understands what makes Sky so great, and adds so much great content that makes it even better. I’m really looking forward to the next update

Yes, they were all random. To confirm, here is another Celebi I managed to save from the event at La Maquinista, Barcelona. My friend received it, cloned it via the good'ol box swap method, traded it to another friend, and around 2010 the battery was still alive and we copied it to a Stadium 2 cart as we knew those don't rely on save batteries, thus the extension. As stated by others, they went by consecutive IDs and on the certificate picture you can see the previous ID number imprinted, they probably had the papers on a pile and just kept writing on top. This one is 42489 and you can (kind of) read 42488 on top of it. I hope this is useful to everyone, and I also hope pkHex team updates their legality checks, as this Celebis do show problems as the data is particular: they were meant to be distributed to Gold and silver carts only, as Crystal or Stadium 2 were not released when the event took place. But The games were already finished, and the Celebi does have the tag for location and lvl encounter, set as "Event". The reason for that is that Crystal was around the corner and on those Celebi tours they let people try Stadium 2 before release, and whoever won got a Gold/Silver cart with 20 Celebi copies to dsitribute to friends, if they managed to distribute them and return the cart to Nintendo within 15 days, they would get a free copy of Crystal, thus why the Celebi is already "Crystal-formatted". Finding one of those dstribution carts intact is impossible I guess, but if anyone has any more copies of NICO, FRANCO, CTOUR or JENS Celebis please share them. [As a disclaimer to those reading this post without reading anything before, this relates to Gen 4 and Gen 5 events] The information is known and confirmed by those in the community. In addition, while the data cannot be seen by those who attended IRL events, it matches up with the experience of those individuals that experienced it independently. (They were not able to receive wonder cards on the other language carts that they brought along). Finally, while not the same medium as local events, the same phenomenon was noticed by those that tried to redeem cross-language events online. Granted, this information is like, 10-15 years old by now, but there has been nothing to refute it. (There is a notable exception for one of the WORLDs in Gen 5, but that is about it) [In addition, I'm talking about real server and real events when it was those games' time. Not talking about fakeGTS and fake servers what not.] And to respond back to your older post (which I must have missed): yeah, region free for local is a Gen 6-8 thing. In terms of data and carts, regions didn't exist prior to Gen 6, but languages were a thing. Gen 5 events were definitely language locked (unless they specifically tried to bypass it, like one of the Worlds). These are not legitimate. If you are going to use the hosted wondercard files then that's up to you, but please don't upload them fooling others into thinking they are valid. The Genesect you uploaded can only be obtained from a Black 2 or White 2 game (yours comes from White), and the Victini you uploaded can only be obtained with a Japanese language game (meaning the language of the Pokemon must be Japanese, yours is English). Please remove these uploads.
