It's showing the 5 Digit TID/SID, as per gen3-gen5. If you hover your mouse over your TID/SID on the pokémon, it shows that 5digit version. If you use TrainerID7 and TrainerSID7, it would show the correct version you want.

Upload the mon for us to see. Only Toxapex from max raid battle (and hatched) can have Hidden Abilities. I suspect you have one that is caught along a regular route.1 point
