I expect that this won't work, because Nintendo has changed the IR communication completely for the 3DS VC release. However, I haven't tried it out yet.1 point

The new version has been released. Read instructions in the (edited) posting above. I know that changing Pokémon data is a pain. I have many ideas how one could improve handling. However, I won't improve it, because it would require too much effort. Just keep sending Trainer House data disabled after you have set up your favorite Pokémon team. This way you won't need to set up these data frequently.1 point
