Basically, same as title.

Examples: Mr. Rime in SW/SH that's met from Hisui region can now be in the game. Stuff like that.

Shadow Stantler can't be transferred from GO into HOME. Only the purified ones get through, and they end up as regular Stantler.

Probably all the cross Gen evolutions.

Or getting a permanent Sky Shaymin in your HOME.

Currently there is no way to get Unovan Samurott at all without transferring from Bank to Home, but it is unable to be put into any games.

 

Edit: Also, not including anything that might not being in Scarlet and Violet, these are all of the possible Ribbon Masters(aka Shadow Pokemon from the Gamecube titles that are coded into all five two-way transfer switch tiles), since all of the games have at least one exclusive Ribbon:

Of the above, so far only Golduck, Chansey, Blissey, Magneton, and Magnezone have all been confirmed for Scarlet and Violet.

Also to get Kleavor as a Ribbon Master you need to get all of the SwSh and BDSP exclusive Ribbons on the Scyther before evolving it in Legends.
