I can't accept it either because the game says I've previously accepted it. I can't travel to Thundercap Mt. either. I can access World Abyss though. Found the Clefairy script and added a single line to open Thundercap Mt. I still have no idea how the bug pointing to World Abyss instead of Thundercap Mt. happened. I have no idea how to view and edit requests and even if I edited this one I still wouldn't be able to accept it since it is already baked into my save that I accepted it and I don't know how to change that.

I was going through the chasm cave and had a screen freeze. I reloaded and managed to replicate it, it seems that hitting a skarmory with breaking swipe causes the game to freeze.

Don't attack Skarmory with a stat lowering move, it's a known bug on Mirror Armor
