Unburden seems to turn off sometimes and im not sure why? I thiiiiink it may relate to increasing belly max bc it only seemed to stop working once I started eating excess apples but unsure on that.

You are reporting bugs nowhere to be seen by anyone in the past 4 years at least so idk if you have cheats enabled or anything but if not I wouldn't know what's going on otherwise

A-Marowak disappears when the Nightmare arc starts, afterwards you have to wait for post-Darkrai to grab the stones, though there's a bug related to that...

Yeah, I think that's the bug I ran into. I'll wait for the next update!

Hi its me again, the zoroark guy.

I've gotten all the globes from every one of the dungeons and I've gotten all the treasures except for the one from eternatus because despite having recruited deoxys, it won't give me access to the dungeon with ether eternatus or jirachi. Those are the only two I haven't gotten thus far.

Wondering if theres something I'm missing.

 

I also can't seem to get past a certain cutscene in bidoofs wish, right at dinner the game just freezes.

Nope. I'm unsure if my game would've crashed in the Project P cutscene since I just skipped that since nothing really noteworthy was in that scene anyways. This is actually the first time the game has softlocked (It's never actually crashed).

Back to playing the main story again, and I find it strange how upon entering the Hidden Land/Temporal Tower for the first time, you can't return to Treasure Town unless you get wiped out in a dungeon. So, one could simply put all their money and items in storage, intentionally give up in the dungeon, then talk to Lapras to go to town. It just seems a little unnecesssary to attempt to railroad the player without committing to it fully.

You are not supposed to be able to get back AT ALL

When you said in the Future I thought you legit meant it wasn't done yet, but now I finished the special episode and can see the dungeon.

Do you have any idea if Zorua affects the Special Episode? Because as I said I'm getting stuck on a game freeze right after dinner in the bidoof's wish, and I want to be able to unlock Jirachi.

After recruiting 475 for Clefairy I am confused if there is somewhere I need to go in order to go further.

Not sure if my freeze is due to melonDS or anything else, figured I would ask if you knew anything.

Hey so I am loving this rom so far, just one question, I didn't know about the glitch involving team skull and I am now inside a dungeon and I think I soft locked my save. If I finish or give up I get the black screen and because I quick saved the game I can't get back to my old save right before I entered the dungeon. My save state is inside the dungeon too so I can't get back to town to turn off the cutscenes. Is there any way I can fix this without starting the whole game over again?

Seriously? You mean to say that I unintentionally found a bug? Well, all I did was run straight down from Hidden Land's midpoint and talk to Lapras, and this was after Grovyle left the party. I tried it without wiping out at first, and Lapras would refuse to take me back, which seems to be your intended outcome.

When I came back to Hidden Land from the Beach, Lapras will now let me go back to Town whenever, as if it were an unmodded game

I fixed it on my end, weird that no one found it in 4 years lol

It's a known bug for SE1. IDK if you version has the skip cutscenes option for that one but you can try it out

Clefairy tells you Mrs Kecleon would love to hear more about you or smth, you should go see her!

Patchwork fix would be to switch to Vanilla, then save starting next day before the morning call, then switch back to Alpha and switch Skip Daily cutscenes option

Thank you. Just one more question, is there any documentation on changes? I wanted to get a checklist of where Pokemon are so I can find them all to complete Catch them all mode.

Amazing rom hack and happy to have discovered it yday.

 

Just a question tho. I turned off item randomizer from porygon2 but can't seem to turn it back on again. Do I get to be able to enable it again at some point of the game or not anymore?

First off thank you for making this hack. I have never tried so hard before to time every turn, I love the challenge. I am ~24 hours in and a h-zorua and a-vulpix both level 55. Playing on expert mode. I have been tempted many times to lower the difficulty but somehow have pressed on. I really wanted to prepare before going to temporal tower, did not realize I would be stuck there! Since I can not leave I don’t know how to get through this dialga fight without lowering difficulty, and if I do that, I will be so bummed to have to wait to change it again. When I use nasty plot or eat a violent seed my blizzard or shadow ball still only does 45-50 damage. No increase? Doesn’t dialga have around 2000-3000hp?  I only have 4 reviver seeds. I cant lower his special attack with snarl or moonblast, idk how to get through this…..

Does anyone have a strategy for me? Or can I have the password to change the difficulty anytime if one such exists? I would much rather kill dialga somehow though….

Really loving this hack so far! I've beaten Darkrai and am working through the legendary recruitment dungeons right now (Currently at Alpha rank). It's been a ton of fun playing with an unusual starter combo and recruiting a whole bunch of guys for rewards. I just have two questions if you happen to know the answers!
The first is that I'm wondering where you put all the type-specific exclusive items? I've found a handful in various dungeons, but I'm specifically after the fire ones so that my starter Houndoom can enter water dungeons without immediately keeling over lol.

The second is concerning the Mewtwo challenge letter--I've gotten it twice now, but both times it's been for a floor of Sky Stairway inaccessible to me due to my game difficulty (I'm playing on difficult). I was wondering if it's possible for the challenge letter to give a floor that's 49 or lower? I know that the whole "inaccessible mission due to game difficulty" is a known bug, but this is the only point where I've actually run into trouble with it, so I'd love some clarification.

Thank you for making this hack!! It's been really refreshing to play PMD2 with a new coat of paint (And getting to recruit Grovyle and the gang is super satisfying)

Seconding this. My team is Turtwig + Squirtle, at Lv. 70, and I'm wondering how to break through Primal- I mean Dark Dialga. I have some Exclusive items boosting both of their stats, and both are holding Lv. 4 Zinc Bands. 

Edit: I was finally able to beat it on my 3rd try. Here's my strategy:
- have one or both party members with Protect

- position one party member in front of Dialga, and the other behind the first one

- with both under Protect status, the frontliner will deal damage with their best moves, while the rearguard supports with ranged moves/thrown items, healing, and maybe Violent Seeds too.

- reapply Protect on the turn it wears off

If done properly, you should be able to wear Dialga down eventually while minimizing the damage done to the party

Primal Dialga has Unaware which effectively ignores all stat drops when attacking or boosts when getting attacked. Your solution is to shrug off damage for which Protect is a great option

Hello I just created this account just to ask how to get mega stones like chardizite?? and how many of the megas are actually working? Like Mega Salamence, or Mega Blaziken, etc

sorry I missed this but I don’t have anything enabled, but that’s really odd. It’s only things I ran into in the special episodes but thought it was worth bringing up

Also when you choose Skitty as a starter it says it has vital spirit as an ability (and Delcatty) but both of them have Normalize when you starts playing.

The thread tells that right now only Diancie has a Mega Evolution

Then I don't know. Nothing points out to this being replicable, the only way I could replicate what you reported is having a usrcheat.dat with some cheats enabled running

Known bug, right now there's no form differences in the game due to a bug

also quick question: abt aegis cave: i cannot figure out what to do for it. It looks like a fire stones needed for ice? But I’ve gone through so many runs of it and i cannot find one. do I have to go out and bring one back in? not even sure what awaits with the other aegis caves
