Oh. So poke transporter wipes them? 

I assume its safe to move from gen 3 to 5 using pkhex then put through poke transporter, as the trash bytes that would have been there would be wiped anyway?

I mean, he did literally say

I don't think there is other ways to interpret something so plainly stated?

Anyhow, while I'm pretty sure we don't mind answering questions, it can be tad overwhelming to be asked again and again about core mechanics that is either plainly stated, documented on the net (bulbapedia is your friend, or even just google it), or something you could test for yourself. :/
