Cyndaquil1995 Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 Could I get a code that gives me ALL phone numbers aside from Ethan (the Codejunkies one gives me Ethan and Lyra) and the bike shop?
M@T Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 btw: razelquin....that 99 apricorn code is still a normal code that was made by codejunkies and gbatemp....long before m@t came up with that one! Actually, I made that code for the Jap version the day the ROM came out, the games were not even in CJ nor in GBAtemp. To translate it in US, one just has to change the pointer line, really easy.
TheCoon Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 Please can anybody post the ability change code? Thanks in advance
Theneonwind Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 (edited) I was planning to go update the codelist and add that one too then but I'm currently extremely busy right now. One thing is my LCD monitor is broken and I need to buy a new one (that costs +$100). And another is that my school suddenly crammed like 7 projects together for the last 3 weeks of school ( I literally have one or more projects in each class all due around the same day D: ).Anyway, nice job finding/making your own codes to the people who contributed. Good News Everyone! I found this advanced software program known as Notepad with an incredible feature. It allows you to copy and replace parts of code with ease. Using this powerful resource and the codes already submitted I was able to quickly create a list of marking hidden power cheats. Of course, it's still a waste of time. By now we should be uploading our action replay XML files: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=MKLTPA2S That's Mine. It's a bit unorganized but much easier than copying each code yourself. Edited May 9, 2010 by Theneonwind Problems with 1's and zeros! :P
M@T Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 Should not the line for Health Points be 1206F11A 0000211f instead of 1206F11A 0000201f ? Maybe it works this way, but in the original code, that's 211F (though I don't know why).
Theneonwind Posted May 8, 2010 Posted May 8, 2010 Should not the line for Health Points be 1206F11A 0000211f instead of 1206F11A 0000201f ?Maybe it works this way, but in the original code, that's 211F (though I don't know why). Just Re-Checked it. At first glance it works but you're right. Those 1's make the differance. I'm going to go back an update the code as well as the link...
M@T Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 There was an argument about that earlier in the post. I didn't know who to believe so I tested it with fighting and steel to see if the cheat would still work. They both worked. Then I changed the Fire code provided to 0 instead of 1 and it still worked. The original cheats on the first page used a 0 instead of a 1 for determining the values and seem to follow the same pattern so I had faith enough to just stick with that. They both work on my Action Replay DS 1.52. So Go with whatever you want and use the guy in celedon to quickly check if its teh right hidden power. It's possible that it didn't replace the first value and the pokemon I used it on already had the IV's or something. I don't know. Like I said. I put it together rather quickly. All I know is that the original Japanese code to get 31 IV in each stat was: 1206E892 000002D6 1206EB5E 000046C0 1206EB66 000046C0 1206EB6C 000046C0 1206EB7A 000046C0 1206EB80 000046C0 1206EB8E 000046C0 1206EB94 000046C0 1206EBA2 000046C0 1206EBA8 000046C0 1206EBB6 000046C0 1206EB5A 0000211F 1206EB70 0000201F 1206EB84 0000201F 1206EB98 0000201F 1206EBAC 0000201F 1206EBC0 0000201F But it seems logic to use the same pattern for each stat, it was maybe a typo made by the original poster of the code. EDIT: I didn't see you edited your post, NVM.
Theneonwind Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 I apologize! Forgive me! I grabbed a bunch of Abras that had different IV's and multi tested it. When I put 1's in front it worked everytime. With zeros only about half the time. I WAS WRONG!! ._O:. Then I placed 1's in front of the grass types because the code is slighty different but I would expect the same spot to carry the same value. Tested the grass one on six different abras and it worked. I'm fairly confident in them now, My friend is sitting behind me saying: "Works, Works, Works." but you never know. The littest things... *Both the file and codes have been updated*
dsa Posted May 9, 2010 Posted May 9, 2010 Thanks but that's the same code I used, I even double checked it. Electric Dragon Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Hey is there an action replay code that can make my eggs shiny. Because I really want a shiny Raichu that knows volt tackle, and the only way is through breeding. If not is there a way to make the pokemon in my party shiny. It needs to include being shiny w/o the AR being on.
shotty500 Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 If i used the max stats code, then i wouldn't have to worry about max IV's and EV's, right?
shotty500 Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Does the alternate orb to the game it was meant for actually summon the other legend? ie. Does the Red Orb summon Groudon in HeartGold? don't know if you were answered yet so here. The alternate orb doesn't work in the game. Meaning, Red orb doesn't work in HG and Blue in SS. The only way to get the Jade orb is to try to find someone who'll trade you a Groudon from the Embedded Palace. Also, Jade Orbs from Action Replay don't work either. I've already tried....

mbruno Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 no, it just gives you 999 points, which you normally earn by completing the pokethlon events. it doesnt do anything for the score Actually, this is the code that maxes the points you earn by completeing pokethlon events: Pokethlon Point Max (Select) 94000130 FFFB0000 62111880 00000000 B2111880 00000000 0000E558 0001869F D2000000 00000000 The code that mabscottsville was asking about was intended to make your score 999 points, but sadly, it indeed doesn't work. I've informed elixirdream at the GBAtemp Cheat Forum, who originally made the code, that it doesn't work and it will be removed from the database the next time he make's an update.

Shibuyah Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 I don't mean to be a bother, but could I request a couple codes? The first one is a Wild Pokemon Gender modifier. You see, I use a Wild Pokemon modifier kinda like the one for the GBA gameshark codes, but for some I only seem to run into one gender only for certain ones.(Like Eevee--I ran into nothing but boys. ' '; ) And the second one, I would like an ability modifier--not for what your thinking, like a Growlithe with WonderGaurd or something--but for a legitimate purpose. Like for instance, with the WPM I use, I ran into nothing but Growlithes with intimidate and nothing else. These would help if I'm not being a bother--I'm sorry for requesting codes on my second post, but these would help a lot. If I can ever return the favor, I'll do my best--sincere thanks if it can, or can't be done.
