ItsAdrih_ Posted April 26, 2015 Posted April 26, 2015 Wait a minute guys... If Datel allow people to use PKHeX for XY/ORAS save files then we will edit our saves with PKHeX? Oh my gosh... I hope they do it...

I hope they do it... They don't and will not. We had exploited their services to allow Powersaves to work with PKHeX for like two days and then they immediately blocked us from doing so.

D:, can you show me the exploit?
Dreloxx Posted April 26, 2015 Posted April 26, 2015 are they going to make a patch for 9.7.0-25U. cause i updated mine and then saw that there was this 'pokegen' and can't use cause i have updated it (
Favna Posted April 26, 2015 Posted April 26, 2015 are they going to make a patch for 9.7.0-25U. cause i updated mine and then saw that there was this 'pokegen' and can't use cause i have updated it ( Here are some answers: Update on what? Nintendo is not going to un-fix their systems for us. It could takes a few months or longer for another exploit to be released. It did take years to get to this point after all. Plenty of people have a decent exploit to work with now, so there is no big rush to get another one. A better question is, "Will there ever be a whole day without people asking about pokemon editing, web browser injection, and any other hacks for new firmware on 3DS?" I don't think that question will have a positive answer. No, nobody has any idea, no progress has been made in what you're asking, I bet nothing's started in that development. Why would there be anyways? To do so, people would have to start all over, because browser injection, for example, got patched. New exploits would have to be discovered, and even then, new firmware from Nintendo will eventually patch it, and I don't blame them. No one knows, exploits are hard to find.
hacks Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 But if they revert it... probably they unblock it... D:, can you show me the exploit? well they could enable custom codes in the and pkhex could generate them
Favna Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 well they could enable custom codes in the and pkhex could generate them They could. But they won't. Most likely anyway.
ItsAdrih_ Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 They could. But they won't. Most likely anyway. Why not... This isn´t a bad thing, I mean Powersaves allows to edit/hack our Pokémon game, then, why they don´t allow it. -.-
Favna Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Why not... This isn´t a bad thing, I mean Powersaves allows to edit/hack our Pokémon game, then, why they don´t allow it. -.- Because they are a registered company that has already been sued by other companies in the past. It wouldn't be hard for Nintendo to sue them at any given time, let alone if they would allow it. And if you so much desire it to work, start up one of those petition things and once it has many people who back it send it in. Not saying it'll work, but the persistent tend to win in the end is what the saying tells us.

ItsAdrih_ Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I´m talking with the Datel Support! I wish they can support PKHeX to edit our save files I think they´re going to do it! PRAY FOR IT!
BattleLegend Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 Well. My firmware is still at 9.5. So. I guess that I can't use the injection anymore. Because of the patch
evandixon Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 Well. My firmware is still at 9.5. So. I guess that I can't use the injection anymore. Because of the patch The important number is the -22 or -23 at the end of the version. If you have 9.5.0-22 it should work, but not 9.5.0-23. I read somewhere that the last number is the version of the web browser, so the newer browser blocks the exploit.
Alpha Posted April 29, 2015 Author Posted April 29, 2015 Well. My firmware is still at 9.5. So. I guess that I can't use the injection anymore. Because of the patch It appears to just be some changed offsets, which we can fix, so continue to avoid upgrading.
ItsAdrih_ Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 It appears to just be some changed offsets, which we can fix, so continue to avoid upgrading. What you want to say with that?

ItsAdrih_ Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 If you are saying that PKHeX likely is going to work with 9.5.0-23 will it work for 9.7?
Alpha Posted April 29, 2015 Author Posted April 29, 2015 If you are saying that PKHeX likely is going to work with 9.5.0-23 will it work for 9.7? No. I'm saying that if you are on 9.5.0-22, don't upgrade. The injection methods will be updated to work with the latest ORAS/XY patches.
ItsAdrih_ Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 so probably in a future, we are going to use PKHeX again?
ItsAdrih_ Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I mean in 9.5.0-23+ for a reason I say in the future.
Favna Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I mean in 9.5.0-23+ for a reason I say in the future. So obviously the answer is no.
