No need to spam like that Oracion. You CAN have a turn, you just need to be around more and just guess the Pokemon. Then you get a turn.

Riolu's the only one that fits that bill, Porygon, Eevee, and Happiny are all too slow.

I'm just going by the priority moves. I know glaceon can know both ice shard and quick attack. Sableye might do it since it knows shadow sneak. I'm not sure about the stats though.
