Nigoli Posted July 13, 2011 Posted July 13, 2011 From the new Minigame. Transferred them to my Black and White games. Reshiram~Zekrom C-Gear.zip
Newdlz Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 (edited) any of you think you know how to send this to your game? I read through all the posts but i am still confused on how to get the .psk file into the game Edited July 30, 2011 by Newdlz
Kaphotics Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 you obviously didn't read the OP, and no, you can't do this without access to your save file. C-Gear skins can be exchanged via PokeStock. Download it here:http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?12536 There's an app called "PokeCGear" that can open your save and save and load C-Gear skins to .bmp files.
Nigoli Posted August 6, 2011 Posted August 6, 2011 International C-Gear exclusive so far, Japanese PGL cannot acquire this yet. This should save people sometime if they prefer using Japanese Versions like myself. 016 Pokemon World Championships 2011.zip
oliver Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 >__< I downloaded this Pokestock program, and it's so confusing!!! I can't read Japanese, so could someone maybe be so nice as to help me? Please someone message me, with some tips. Thanks.
Kaphotics Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 There's an English translation on the forums by the user Kaarosu.
arcee Posted August 9, 2011 Posted August 9, 2011 http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?13832-PokeStock-BW ^ Here.
ScientificPikachu Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 Making skins is easy once you get the hang of it. Finding something that actually works well as a skin... not so much. Like your Timon-and-Pumbaa skin
Kirak Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 Okay.. I need some help. When I start my game, after installing the C-Gear skin with PokeCGear, the game says that the "C-Gear skin Data has been Lost." and erases it. However, I've run it through PokeSkinED, put the .PSK file in PokeCGear, Used different themes, and it still didn't work. Tried JP and English, read every forum post I could, and Googled. No help. Oddly enough, opening the .SAV file in PokeCGear after saving shows that the skin was saved to it, but the game erases it when loading. Any Idea what I did wrong?
Kirak Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 from English GL Oh, Finally! Now if I can just get it working.. *Points to last post*
Nigoli Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 ^ Resave the Saved Game with a Japanese Game.
Kirak Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 ^ Resave the Saved Game with a Japanese Game. It is a JP game.. Right?
Nigoli Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 ^ Sorry. Resave the game in Japanese. Then load what you need, then revert back to desired Region. I don't think other Region's offsets in the Save File are in the same spots for something like C-Gear Skins.

Resave with a US Game, or in the Language (Patched)?
gustavocastro Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 I have the same problem of the others users, when i do the process with the PokeCGear and open my game, it appear a blue screen "C-Gear skin Data has been Lost." or something like that. Anyone knows what to do?
BraveJackThe21st Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 Is this available for the retail cart or just the computerized version?
MoonRays Posted September 28, 2011 Posted September 28, 2011 It works for retail carts, you just need a way of getting a sav off and on your retail version. I would suggest getting a NDS backup adapter plus.
BraveJackThe21st Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Thanks, oh, and one more thing can I switch between the C Gears from Pokemon GL and the C Gear skin from PokeCGear?
MoonRays Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Yep, you can still change your c gear skins with the Global link website.
tyons Posted October 1, 2011 Posted October 1, 2011 I have a problem with the images. I can use only .bmp (256 colors) images, because when I import the other formats the program makes them lose all the colors and become grey. Using .bmp (256 colors) format, though, the images lose quality.how can I convert .jpg images to .bmp (16 bit) format in order to import them without losing quality and colors? or, how can I do to use .jpg format? nobody can help me?
evandixon Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 nobody can help me? What tool are you using to make the images 256 color images?
tyons Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 What tool are you using to make the images 256 color images? windows' paint, but I tried also to convert the images with photoshop. nothing changes. edit: I tried to convert the .jpg version into .bmp (16 bit) format with photoshop, but it becomes all grey when I load it with "pokecgear". the other .bmp file (made with paint) doesn't do it, it only loses quality and some colors.
evandixon Posted October 2, 2011 Posted October 2, 2011 Have you tried Gimp? It should do the trick unless you are using more than 256 colors.
