The funny thing is, that ghosts are, most of the time, intangible, which means that you can just walk straight through them.

It'd be good if it was in the summer. Walking through a ghost, and just their presence in general brings a temperature drop.

Oh. Then no, they don't. Not in this universe. They don't even know what they are doing. Instead, I recomend calling I.D.A.S., an organisation who specialises in paranormal things (like genetic manipulation, travel between time and universes, etc.).
