Hiding in various distribution ROMs, are various debug cards. Unless their OT/TID/SID widely differs, they are usually similar to their language'd variants.

[We will not host the Distribution Roms, and it's against the rules to ask us for it!]

Information for Bulbasaur:

What's interesting about the Bulbasaur, besides the fact that it's OT translated from Japanese means Debug,
Is that it's only programmed move is Pound, but somehow it gets relegated to the last slot, and has 3 other moves populating in the attack fields.
(Also, it has invalid ball data, so a Poke Ball is generated)

Wonder Card title is Debug Event Title (translated),
and wonder card text is Debug. (translated)
Between the various copies, it alternates "distribution" between Black only and White only.


Information for Litwick:

Litwick's OT is "Test" spelled in Hiragana (words imported from foreign cultures are typically spelt in Katakana)

IV stats being in 255 (0xFF) means they'll be randomly generated.

The peculiarity of this, is that the moveset is completely illegal, and normally no Pokemon can learn all these moves via level-up.


Wonder Card title is 11,
and wonder card text is ????? [はるひれはろほえぬれじゃ]

There are other variants with the title 12, ドイツ語２, イタリア語２, スペイン語２, there were also uploaded, but judging the data, it appears only the titles were different.
 


Pidove Egg

This card has a different wonder card ID, as well as different moves.

 

Information on Darkrai

There's a Spanish card that incorrectly has it's title as DARKRAI.
The correct title for that event is ¡Es Darkrai!


Zoroark Information

Two variants of this card was uploaded. The language of the card is identified that the byte that controls which language'd game would receive them.
In both cases, their Title and Text are Blank.

 

Liberty Ticket Information

A HTML format for this isn't up at this time. What is important, is that this card has the wrong receiving type text shown.

Also, while the text says it'll distribute a Liberty Pass, it actually just gives a Master Ball.

I'm all about credit where credit is due. But I had nothing to do with this. I only learned of this earlier this year and expressed interest in it. I had no means of obtaining these without the help of others either.

I couldn't open any of these files using PkHex, I kept switching from Black to White but nothing worked.

Doesn't look like PKHeX supports wc5full.
Well you can just keep the size the same as a wc5 (by trimming out the front), it would work.

Im mainly trying to extract the Pidove file but even after changing its name, it won't load or show up on PkHex

It’s like you’re not reading what I said.

at this time, PKHeX doesn’t support wc5full. Gotta trim it down.

I’m just not gonna argue about this. In any case, I’ve reuploaded the Pgf (they’re actually still on site if you change the upload version) to be together with the wonder card full, so maybe that helps you. :3

Hey dude so Im rarely ever on here much but I be racking my brain on that wc5full pidove file, I try to follow the steps but its like things are just not clicking, is there a tutorial video I can watch that may help me out?

That's because the Pidove was never available like this. These wondercards were never meant to be accessible by anyone, they were used for debugging by GF.

You shouldn't expect anything from the Unreleased/Beta PKM category to be legal. Some might be, but only because they match another Pokemon that was actually available.
