Those Pokemon will be lacking a legitimate “Bank to HOME tracker”. PKHeX cannot create HOME trackers. Currently there is a loophole where if the Pokemon enters via SWSH first, it will be able to enter HOME (HOME stops “transferred” monsters without a tracker from entering HOME, when deposited using other games). however, they could close the loophole, and also retroactively ban/restrict mons that use the loophole.

Since this uses machine translation, there may be unintended errors. Pokemon Bank is shutting down, so I plan to transfer my Pokémon to HOME, but I have a concern. If I transfer a Pokemon generated by PKHeX that has been verified as legitimate to HOME, is there a chance I could get banned?

Is there a Wonder Mail S generator for this one? There are some TMs I wanted (Fairy types) that aren't available in the other WMS gens

UPDATE: it appears I haven't been able to patch the rom to 1.2 I don't know what's actually happening but I suspect the download is not giving me access to the 1.2 version, and is instead giving me the version I already have. my theory is because my time gears are still time gears and not time cogs, along with changing dialga/palkia forms at the luminous spring.

So I may just be ridiculously stupid, but how do I access the new content from the update from a pre 1.2 save? like the "quests" and the form changer? do I have to re-clear a specific dungeon?

I have to say, AI has become incredibly powerful when it comes to program analysis. With GPT's help, I've managed to figure out the structure of ranger1jp's Slot 2 distribution ROM. This is how the Slot 2 structure is organized: I also had it use this structure together with the existing distribution data to generate ROMs that can actually be run. Without the official private key, it cannot be used directly. If used directly with the original ROM, the game will get stuck on the loading screen, as shown below. Hm, I'm starting to think this is a symptom of a bigger issue potentially with the game file. Gonna cut my losses, start a new save, be more dilligent about using backups, and keep an eye out for other problems. I appreciate your time!

Still not a valid dump. Dunno what to say. The appearance of a save file should not look like that; ORAS save files start off with PokePuff data not a partial section of empty box data. Try a different application like JKSV. Ensure the game actually boots with recognized save data, and that you didn't erroneously restore an incorrect file to the savedata prior to trying to dump.

Weird, I used Checkpoint for the dump, but this was my first time trying so maybe I did something wrong? Dumped a new one, put it into a hexeditor and compared against my previous dump, and one you posted that worked fine. Still looks different from the valid save, but it doesnt have the sharkive stuff. main

Feature Request: Would it be possible to allow users the option of merging their own multi-gen versions of Pokemon, if they share the same Origin and PID? For example, if I understand correctly how this works, say I've used PKVault to transfer pokemon from Gen 4 to Gen 5, but I then use PokeTransporter to move them into Bank, and then Gen 6. My Gen 5 is now empty of these pokemon, so the link is broken, but the Gen 6 saved Pokemon are now considered separated from the pokemon in my vault. I'd like a feature to be able to link these to the vault as a G6 version of my existing G4+G5 pokemon already existing in my vault.

@Lebannen Project Pokémon staff in the past have removed all scarlet and violet saves from the site because if I remember correctly saves are traceable if they are being used across multiple consoles. As well, for Pokemon that transferred from Bank to Home will have home tracking numbers assigned so you’d need to modify those Pokémon with PKHeX to zero out the home tracker number which can also be traced. Therefore, the Pokemon are no longer legit. I advise to play the game properly to have a legit save that will not cause you issues.

I would really like a save file with all the pokemon avaliable to be used, even those not native to Paldea like for example the old legendaries, basically the whole gen 9 pokedex or at least almost all of it. I'm looking for a legit save without genned or cheated mons so that they are compatible with any other game and can be moved to home and transferred between games.
