Hi all, i just got the sani-cart reader and i've been dumping savs and roms from my N64 Collection. I have this Pokemon Stadium 2 that for some reason has had major problems with pokemon getting depositted into the N64 bank and then disapearing after saving. When i open this save in an emulator or on real hardware, there are no pokemon in the boxes except for box 14. but in the PKHex there are still mons there. Hoping to see if maybe some of the other blank boxes have any other remnant data if the save is corrupt or something like that. I have tried some hex editing like i did on a crystal save to get it opening in hex and in emulators, but i have no clue where to look on a Stadium 2 file in a hex editor. Also note, i have made a 2nd save, after i dumped this saved, i took the box 14 off of the n64 cart and put it on an active crystal save i have, and the box was still present after i dumped the save after that modification on real hardware was completed. My Pokemon Gold saved data has been corrupted and I need another one to play Pokemon stadium 2. No special pokemon required, just a normal gsc save file saved in a pokemon center. The rest i'll edit in PKHEX. Just need some good pokes because the movesets in stadium 2 aren't that good -

As I've no access to a 3DS currently, (otherwise I'd love to figure out the process here), I'm hoping some kind soul with a bit of extra time (and a 3DS with homebrew?) might be able to help! What I *do* have access to is a Mac with pkhex, a DSi XL and an R4 card with pkmnchest, so if I were to receive a new gen5 save file, or simply a pk5 file, I should be able to take it from there! I've only got 2 shiny pkmn in my Crystal sav file (attached, via emulation and extraction from R4 card) and I hunted them for quite a long time, so the emotional attachment is silly but real. They are Quilava and Smoochum, aptly named "Starshine" and "Sugababe," respectively... I believe the next step would be to inject the sav into a virtual console rom, then utilize the poketransfer app(?), Pokemon bank(?), OR a homebrew app (of which I'm blanking on the name) to transfer / convert for compatibility into a gen5 save file or pk5 file. MOST IMPORTANTLY I'm looking for the most direct and legitimate route that wouldn't involve manually adjusting any of their stats, and instead being able to see what natures, abilities, IVs etc come out on the other end. Thus, why I'm not really interested in manipulating them in any fashion via pkhex or other apps. Massive love to anyone willing to help! In G/S/C it is possible to catch Dragonair at lowest level of 10 on route 45 with Super Rod. When this Dragonair was traded in Blackthorn city I recieved Rhydon that is marked as ilegal for some reason. Says "invalid: Ingame trade OT has been altered", but it was not. File attached. In crystal the trade is changed to fDragonair for Dodrio. OT trainer and DVs are the same. I modified Rhydon into Dodrio with proper movepool but it was marked as ilegal as well. I recreated some other in-game trade pkmn in PKHex and they passed the legality check. 112 - DON - 4DD6.pk2

When inspected in PKHex, KENYA the Spearow has a met location of "Can't Tell" and a met level of 0, which PKHex specifically can't match. For comparison, SHUCKIE the Shuckle does pass the encounter check with the same parameters. 021 - KENYA - 5E08.pk2 213 - SHUCKIE - C744.pk2

I am currently playing Pokemon Crystal (EU) again on my Game Boy Color and with the help of a Mega Memory cart and a GB USB Smart card I am able to backup and transfer the save file to my PC. I then tried to load this save file in the PKHeX application but I am met with the following error messages.
