I was thinking about making a fix for PokeShifter on Pokemon Black. I'll need to know what info I need to change, which file it's in, what offset it's at, and what I need to change it to. I was thinking it might work like the Pal Park fix for HGSS. -
So apparently the music in Platinum are in .mini2sf format. I got a mini2sf file of the Giratina battle theme and of the Regis battle theme, but I need to convert them to mp3. How would I do so?

Is it possible to edit D/p/pl or hg/ss to include a 494th pokemon? I want to do this for a good friend. To include the pokemon Myuuta.

As in D/P/P or in the HG/SS change information about Pokemon? Which are written in the pokedex. If Bulbasaur, then pokedex wrote: For some time after its birth, it grows by gaining nourishment from the seed on its back. How does it change? P.S. If that is not so, sorry. -
i've seen people patching them before but i dont know how like i poste din the previous forum its same reason here atleast for Fire red/Leaf Green/Mystery Dungeon vbagx lacks cheat support so i'd haveto patch the rom. any ideas How? im still new to rom hacking.

Is there anyone on this forum that is able to rip some of the sound effects of a game? preferrably HG/SS, or else DPPt. The sound effects from the games aren't to be found anywhere on the internet (I've been bugging google with it so much). The specific sounds I'm looking for are: - the wind-ish soundeffect when you enter a battle - the rolling pokeball when the battle begins (you know, if a trainer battle begins, two little bars show up saying how many pokemon each trainer has, then the soundeffect happens) - winning against a frontier brain (preferred from HG/SS plz) - ice beam's sound - 'taking a hit' sound ---- normal hit ---- super effective hit ---- ultra effective hit (I thought there's a differens between the 2x and 4x damage sound) other soundeffects are also very welcome! What program can save pictures in to the proper format that is needed to Open pngs in to the program with out giving you garbage. I tried using Paint.net with a low color plugin to save them with 16 colors, but its not liking those files either.

Hi, I recently just joined the forums, and would like some help with the following problem. I download PPRE 0.5 Beta, and when I try to get it to open a rom, it won't give me a dialog box from which to open the rom. And when I drag the rom to the exe, PPRE just generates an error. I'm trying to open the US Platinum rom. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If I am using a Patched Version of the game can I still get the Wi-Fi events 2nd was is the best Flash card to use for SS on the DSi I have the Patched version on my computer just wonder what Flash Card would be the best to go and get Will SS patched version work on the DS i was told that that it will not work on the DS just on the computer

When i open my pokeplatinum(e)rom in PokeTEX and select hero or any other person i don't see the character or the collor pallet. Help?:frown: -
Has anyone been able to crack it yet for the ability to edit a gifts profile so it is compatible with HG and SS like how Play needed a minor edit for it to be seen in say an event injector?

maybe not really the right board but i don't really know where to post it. is there a "hardware" board? did anyone who actually has a physical copy mess with that thing and how it works? like frequency (maybe protocol?) or does anyone know a japanese site about it? also are the pokemon really transfered of just moved somewhere in the sav and reactivated later?

Hello guys, I am just wondering if it is possible to trade pkmns from Platinum to Heart Gold using the no cash 2.6a emulator ? Because everytime I interact with the other trainer, the game always freezes. Ive already tried all of the possible solutions in youtube but none of them worked .....btw I am using KazoWar's 5.0 patch. -

Is there any way to transfer pokemon from a patched rom of Soul Silver to a real copy of Pearl? I can't get KazoWAR's version 4 patch to work on my flashcart, so I am only running patch 3 (KazoWAR) on my m3 lite and Wi-Fi never seems to even want to connect and the one time I did manage to connect the game crashed and said there was an error. I'm living in Japan now and speak enough to get by in the game, so if there is no way to transfer I'm just going to go buy it. If anyone would let me know that would be great! -

Ok so in Platinum there was a patch you could use to make A Platinum ROM recognise a R/S/E/FR/LG Rom via EZ Flash 3 in 1. Now my question is could you do the same for HG/SS?
