However, you can trade Pokemon to someone who has access to Flashcart or something and then they can figure it out. I have Heart Gold or Platinum on Wifi if you want to try though, but I can't guarantee anything these days since I'm quite busy. I am free on Mondays though.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    Wow that's cool. A level 70 Mewtwo with Aura Sphere and Psystrike. No waiting for level 93/100 for those moves. Electro Ball?! Competitively speaking, that might be a very interesting case where you fight Ho-oh or Kyogre to strike them down with a fast Electro Ball, especially with a Choice Scarf on. However, Psystrike is still probably the better choice to use against them to target their weaker physical defence. It's not like Mewtwo doesn't learn a plethora of electric moves already though. Anyhow, thanks for the event!

    It's actually 10 characters. Anyhow, I have many nicknames for my different Pokemon, but I think I can share a few that I can think from the back of my head... since I don't want to get into excruciating details with EVERYTHING. Butterfree: Liberty Butterfree... Liberty, get the meaning? Usually a female Butterfree, I haven't had a male one yet. Sandslash: Petruchio (M) A character from Taming the Shrew (a Shakespearean play), the pun being Taming the SHREW, and Sandshrew is a Shrew Nidoqueen: Regina / Esther / Guinevere Regina means queen. Esther is a Biblical Queen, Guinevere is a medieval legendary queen consort of King Arthur. It's not limited to these names though. Nidoking: Arthur / Ferdinand / Charles / Edward / George / Louis I have a lot of royal names for this guy, heh heh Gengar: Prankster (M) / Sombra (F) Fitting names for Gengar I guess... Sombra is Spanish for Shadow. Dragonite: Hero (F) The lighthouse keeper from the sad Greek myth Hero and Leander... I named Dragonite after that strangely. I have many alternative names for Dragonite, but I won't get there since Hero is my most frequently used name for it. Gardevoir: Portia (F) / Excalibur (F) I don't use male Gardies, they're traps :3 Regirock/Regice/Registeel: Balthasar / Melchoir / Gaspar Apocryphal names of the Three Magi. We don't even know if there were three, but since these guys are based off Jewish golems... and despite the fact the Magis (wisemen) came from the East, I couldn't help but name them this. Kyogre: Leviathan After the Biblical creature of the sea mentioned in Job 41; God said it was so ferocious it was able to breath fire from its nostrils, had iron scales, and was able to create stones from every steps it made (Stealth Rocks?). Kyogre doesn't have any of that though, but still... I guess it relates with the others... Groudon: Behemoth After the Biblical creature of the earth mentioned in Job 40; God said it was his largest creation with a tail like cedar. Elephant? You wish, they don't have such features. And neither do Hippos. Like Kyogre, it wasn't really based on the Behemoth but the concept is there regardless. Rayquaza: Ziz The Jewish call this guy the third of the bunch; the beast of the sky. In the end the people will feast on the meat of the Behemoth, Leviathan and the Ziz, or so the Talmud says. It's not mentioned in the Bible though but it adds a nice touch to this. He also kinda looks like Shenron from Dragon Ball Z. Empoleon: Napoleon (M) / Josephine (F) / Eugene (M) Empoleon resembles the great Napoleon, the first French Emperor and a brilliant tactician. It took the European coalitions seven tries to beat him... and this guy was really a monster. He wasn't a man of the sea, however, so Water/Steel typing is a bit... well, British! I had a female Piplup in game so I named her Josephine after Napoleon's first wife. Eugene is the name of the only child of Louis-Napoleon and Empress Eugenie, the last monarchs of France who reigned from 1852-1870. Poor Eugene had a tragic ending in his life when he was killed in 1879 during the Anglo-Zulu war while fighting for the British. Serperior: Antoinette (F) / Lilith (F) She screams French nobility... that Fleur-de-lis and everything? This thing is French for sure, so I named her after Marie Antoinette in game, though I gave that same name to my Ninetales. Lilith is probably a better name because Lilith is represented as the deceptive serpent in Medieval paintings. Lilith is now associated with the screech owl though. Oh who is Lilith? An apocryphal story stating that Adam (the first man) had a wife before Eve, and it was Lilith. It doesn't hold any credence, but such are mythology and she is now a symbol of feminism because she ran away from Adam and had refused to submit to him. Jellicent: Albert (M) / Victoria (F) The royal family of practically the whole of 1800s (1830 +), Prince Albert and Queen Victoria seem fitting enough, except Albert wasn't really stout. Victoria on the other hand... kinda like Blissey. Heh heh. Ferrothorn: Hitler / AIDS / Ferrotroll This guy's a troll, so I called him Hitler. Problem bro? Bisharp: Mordred (M) / Marseilase (M) Mordred was Arthur's evil nephew. Self-explanatory. I know it's spelt Marseillaise (current French national anthem), but 10 character limit. Asides from Power Ranger / Kamen Rider/ whatever, Bisharp reminds me of the French revolution because of all those blades and rather sinister appearance. Might even call him Robespierre.

    Wow that's a monster. And that's no fun either. Who in the world would do that? Well... that is, unless they were trying to feel better by winning. But you know if you're being a lousy hacker you're not worth much. Oh well... it's certainly unfair to the person who has no such advantages, so people in general would look down on it. But hey look on the bright side; nothing is immune to Struggle!

    Actually, H4XX0r refers to battling. As long as you don't cheat in battles against other trainers by having 6 Wondertombs with Trick Room and Safeguard and the likes, then you are not one.

    Eh I knew no one would perfectly fit the description, so I wrote "choose the one which fits you the best". I had a hard time between Oddball or Noblesse... but I just picked Noblesse in the end because that's the direction I tend to be going nowadays, even if I have a lot of Oddball in me. If all else fails just pick OTHERS.

    @ Sunny: Karen did something stupid. Houndoom uses Nasty Plot, Feraligatr uses Surf; Houndoom's health is in the orange zone. Karen RECALLS her Houndoom instead of outright destroying my weakened Feraligatr who was orange HP from previous skirmishes. I don't think switching necessarily makes these trainers any smarter than normal trainers; or perhaps even dumber I just want to know the conditions. I don't think they just switch randomly. And if you battle in Shift mode, the trainers with high AI values or whatnot tend to bring out a Pokemon with the MOVE to hit super effective on your Pokemon, despite whether it is weak to your own or not, such as "Elite Four Flint is about to send out Infernape, will Trainer switch Pokemon?" when you have a Floatzel out, while Flint might as well brought out something like Lopunny or Drifblim (this is DP, not Plat, for example). I found another case where in Platinum a trainer with the three Kanto Eeveelutions had a Jolteon out against my Flareon... and he RETREATS and sends out Vaporeon. What in the world? I mean, sure trainers should be able to switch but why at specific times? I don't see them switching out to a Kingler while my Typhlosion is up against a Victreebel (Ace Trainer Gaven).

    Bored again, so I'll post my experiences with the starters. Er... yeah, so far I've done three playthroughs on this game, and I have experienced all three. Chikorita is my personal favourite, however, only because of her elegance and whatnot. In my first two playthroughs I had Chikorita and Totodile, and I must say I only struggled because I turned out underleveled. Right now on my new Heart Gold (the other two playthroughs were on Soul Silver) I picked Cyndaquil just because I thought it was canon for Silver to have a Feraligatr and I didn't try him out. [hgsssprite]157[/hgsssprite] Typhlosion is actually very good; but all it is learning right now is Fire moves. Currently it has Quick Attack / Swift / Lava Plume / Flamethrower; I cannot find an auxiliary move to even try out. Even on Heart Scale, they troll with GYRO BALL. What the heck Gamefreak? It makes sense but it's completely useless on something like Ty. Much like Charizard, Typhlosion is very powerful and doing insane damage with STAB Fire moves... but it's just not learning anything other than Fire moves. I might have to resort to TM52 and TM22 (Focus Blast and Solarbeam), though the latter also requires a TM11 (Sunny Day). I simply don't know what to do with Typhlosion. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful. I'm only thinking of Sunny Day / Solarbeam / Flamethrower/ Focus Blast so far. [hgsssprite]160[/hgsssprite] I had no problems with Feraligatr (other than the fact I was underleveled); he simply had too many toys to play around with such as Ice Fang, Crunch, Waterfall, Surf or even Superpower. However, I was losing out on some cool hereditary moves such as Aqua Jet or Dragon Dance since it was my starter Feraligatr I was using. If I wasn't so hesitant on using TM26 (Earthquake) he would have been a total beast. I ended up sweeping the 2nd rendition Lance with a level 59 Feraligatr with the help of some X items. The game's level curve is insanely low; not giving enough EXP that it requires grinding. I learned from that and so I grinded a bit with my Pokemon in the Typhlosion file. A good set I suppose would consist of Waterfall / Return / Ice Fang / Crunch, the latter being able to be replaced with stuff like Earthquake or Surf if you think Donphans are a problem or something. I say he's the best of the three, though Typhlosion is still doing more of an impact thanks to its speed and power. [hgsssprite]154[/hgsssprite] Meganium was just awful in-game unfortunately, she was stuck with Razor Leaf and Magical Leaf for the longest time and was built to be a supportive Pokemon I think, and even then she just doesn't cut it even competitively. In-game Rock Throw like Charmander's Metal Claw treatment would have been pretty cool methinks. Body Slam at the 40s? Seriously? However, she's my favourite of the Johto starters, so I dealt with it and tried getting support Pokemon to deal with other foes. I hated relying on support too much; Meganium was the only one in my team who couldn't stand up to Red's team, even against Blastoise, who she is supposed to have an advantage against. In the end I had Aromatherapy / Synthesis / Petal Dance / Body Slam... or something like that. For advanced people only is right; but there's not even a benefit for using her. Stupid Leech Seed... being hereditary >

    Hello Bioshadow. I never heard of Bule version actually; I'd like to see what that is o_o All jokes aside, welcome to Project Pokemon. LEGOs are sure fun, I've had those when I was like 2 years old with a racecar and a driver or something. Then I got this one with a medieval dragon and a castle and a bunch of soldiers. Yeah, even Korea sells these things!

Your egalitarian views do not hinder you from bias of using the overlooked ones like Lickitung or something. Pokemon have feelings; they're not just hex data you know! [icon]185[/icon]Rare Hunter You are seeking rare children's trading cards You only like to use rare Pokemon because they are not seen often. You don't care if you win or lose in a battle; you just like the rare ones because they're so special to you. [icon]212[/icon]Ace Trainer You like using only powerful Pokemon to be the very best. You either completely ignore weak Pokemon or try to train weaker Pokemon to be more powerful, though you normally end up just using the more powerful ones. Intense training is frequent. [icon]109[/icon]Extremist Smogonite You adhere to the Church of Smogon, therefore you follow Code Smogon. There are two types of extremists; ones who use OU only because anything below OU is absolutely garbage, and those who use UU only because if you use OU you're just like everybody else. It throws your opponents off obviously! In extreme cases, they are using unorthodox sets on commonly seen Pokemon, such as a Blastoise with Water Spout. I'm a semi-noblesse because I like all the beautiful looking Pokemon and try to fit my team into a theme of royals or something like that. Notice how I usually tend to use a Ninetales and an Empoleon or something. I'm also some sort of oddball because I use weird sets or something too. What's yours?

It would end every time Vegeta sacrificed himself to destroy Majin Buu (which still didn't work >_>) and would go back all the way to the beginning. That was when I was 11. Honchkrow can also do the supporting for your team, but he's one of those guys that require prediction and must be safeguarded from everything because like a Wurmple's Tackle can one shot him... and he lost a lot of speed from Murkrow stage.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
