<p><p><p><p><p><p>I think it's based on speed. Gengar, Espurr, and Helioptile all fired bursts for me, whereas physical attackers usually fire balls. I think greens hit very hard, but are slow, blues are quite fast, and bursts are the best because they do tons of damage.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
