<p><p><p><p><p><p>At least Noivern's Sp. Attack isn't Haxorus levels, and Exploud is frail and slow (though it's sp. def was buffed). Though, I think Noivern is <em>stronger</em> than Exploud even with that said, so I dunno. Also Noivern is an alternate Crobat: Same BST but trades 7 speed for Stronger Special.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
