There's this Rock/Fairy which could easily take Fire Blast, Dragon moves and Boomburst easily since it seems durable, but only a stage 1.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

<p><p><p><p><p><p>I didn't notice the elemental beams were 90 instead of 95. And I'm not sure about moonblast, considering that there's this TM which has 80 Power.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
