<p><p><p><p><p><p>As for Mega Garchomp... Yeah it's speed will be at most 100, IMO, and without scarf that's actually not all that fast. Also it can't rely on sashes or yache berries none, so that'll make it hampered. But if they'd even consider it to be slower that's an interesting trade-off.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
