I personally felt that Tepig was great in the beginning, but with the introduction of stronger pokemon like wuffalot (forgot it's name, the normal dog). And to be frank; it's hard to admit, but I like Emboar the most out of the three fire/fighting in terms of appearance and personality. <p><p><p><p><p><p>I honestly think that Samurott has the best placement of stats. 95/100/85/108/70/70. Respectable bulk, combined with good offensive stats and a fine movepool. For the story, I didn't use it, but I imagine that it doesn't have a whole lot of trouble. Competitively it's under estimated... SD +2 with Torrent and Aqua Jet HURTS. Also, it's got megahorn and air slash.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
