<p><p><p><p><p><p>The sceptile is assuming you'll be fighting stuff at full health. After Rocks and a bit of play time, you'll be facing stuff around the 70/80% mark at best. Then when they bring in their Quagsire / Jellicent get the set up started and commence the sweep. Run it with Magnezone for maximum profit, I guess.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
