Maybe it's more in the different cultural "divisions" within the city. I mean, the Iccirus City Gym Leader (The Ice Mask! o_o) could be a sort of tribute to some cultural influences. Lenora and Burgh's gyms could be for the many museums. Idk. I like Clay cuz hes a cowboy an' he don't need no fancy talk t'git his point across. Lol</p></p></p></p></p>
